Claims (21)
- 서열번호 1 내지 6의 아미노산 서열 중 어느 하나의 제1형 교원질 부착 유도 펩타이드가 그 표면에 고정되어 있는 골이식재.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1형 교원질 부착 유도 펩타이드는 서열번호 1 내지 6에서 선택된 아미노산 서열의 N-말단에 시스테인이 부가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 시스테인은 CGG 또는 CGGGGG 스페이서 형태로 부가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식재.
- 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 골이식재는 생물유래 골미네랄의 분말 및 그 다공성 블록, 합성 수산화아파타이트의 분말 및 그 다공성 블록, 트리칼슘인산의 분말 및 그 다공성 블록, 모노칼슘인산의 분말 및 그 다공성 블럭, 이산화 규소(실리카)를 주성분으로 하는 골이식재, 실리카와 고분자의 혼합체를 주성분으로 하는 골충진 이식재, 키토산, 생체적합성 고분자를 주성분으로 하는 미립자 및 티타늄으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1형 교원질 부착 유도 펩타이드가 가교제에 의해 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 1,4-bis-maleimidobutane (BMB), 1,11-bis-maleimidotetraethyleneglycol(BM[PEO]4), 1-ethyl-3-[3-dimethyl aminopropyl] carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC), succinimidyl-4-[N-maleimidomethylcyclohexane-1-carboxy-[6-amidocaproate]](SMCC) 및 그의 설폰화염(sulfo-SMCC), succimidyl 6-[3-(2-pyridyldithio)- propionamido]hexanoate](SPDP) 및 그의 설폰화염(sulfo-SPDP), m-maleimidobenzoyl-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (MBS) 및 그의 설폰화염(sulfo-MBS), succimidyl [4-(p-maleimidophenyl) butyrate](SMPB) 및 그의 설폰화염 (sulfo-SMPB)로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식재.
- 서열번호 1 내지 6의 아미노산 서열 중 어느 하나의 제1형 교원질 부착 유도 펩타이드가 그 표면에 고정되어 있는 조직공학용 지지체.
- 삭제
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1형 교원질 부착 유도 펩타이드는 서열번호 1 내지 6에서 선택된 아미노산 서열의 N-말단에 시스테인이 부가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조직공학용 지지체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 시스테인은 CGG 또는 CGGGGG 스페이서 형태로 부가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조직공학용 지지체.
- 제8항, 제10항 및 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조직공학용 지지체는 키토산, 생체적합성 고분자를 주성분으로 하는 다공성 지지체 및 티타늄의 3차원적 다공성 지지체로 구성된 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 조직공학용 지지체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1형 교원질 부착 유도 펩타이드가 가교제에 의해 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조직공학용 지지체.
