- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 단위 회로에 대응하는 상기 복수의 주사선의 제 1 주사선과, 상기 제 3 단위 회로에 대응하는 상기 복수의 주사선의 제 3 주사선이 서로 인접하고 있으며,상기 제 2 단위 회로에 대응하는 상기 복수의 주사선의 제 2 주사선은, 상기 제 1 주사선과 인접하고 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 단위 회로에 상기 리셋 제어 신호가 공급될 때에, 상기 제 3 주사선이 선택되고, 상기 제 3 단위 회로의 상기 제 1 트랜지스터를 통하여 상기 유지 소자에 상기 리셋 제어 신호가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 및 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 신호는 다치(多値)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 및 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 신호로서 전류 신호가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 및 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전자 소자는 EL 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 EL 소자는 발광층이 유기 재료로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 복수의 주사선과 복수의 데이터선의 교차부에 대응하여 배치되고, 각각이 전자 소자를 포함하는 복수의 단위 회로를 구비한 전자 장치의 구동 방법으로서,상기 복수의 단위 회로 중 제 1 단위 회로에 상기 복수의 데이터선 중 대응하는 데이터선을 통하여 데이터 신호를 공급한 후이고,다음에 상기 복수의 단위 회로 중 상기 제 1 단위 회로 이외의 제 2 단위 회로에 상기 복수의 데이터선 중 대응하는 데이터선을 통하여 데이터 신호를 공급하기 전에,상기 복수의 단위 회로 중, 상기 제 1 단위 회로 및 상기 제 2 단위 회로 이외의 제 3 단위 회로에, 상기 제 3 단위 회로에 포함되는 상기 전자 소자를 소정 상태로 리셋하기 위한 리셋 제어 신호를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 단위 회로에 상기 데이터 신호를 공급하기 위해 상기 복수의 주사선으로부터 선택되는 주사선과, 상기 제 3 단위 회로에 대응하는 상기 복수의 주사선 중의 주사선이 서로 인접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치의 구동 방법.
- 복수의 주사선과 복수의 데이터선의 교차부에 대응하여 배치되고, 각각이 전자 소자를 포함하는 복수의 단위 회로를 구비한 전자 장치의 구동 방법으로서,상기 복수의 단위 회로 중 제 1 단위 회로에 상기 데이터 신호를 공급하기 위해 상기 복수의 주사선으로부터 하나의 주사선을 선택하고,다음에 상기 데이터 신호를 상기 제 1 단위 회로 이외의 제 2 단위 회로에 공급하기 위해 상기 제 1 단위 회로에 상기 데이터 신호를 공급하기 위해 선택한 상기 하나의 주사선과 인접하지 않는 주사선을 선택하고,상기 제 1 단위 회로에 상기 데이터 신호가 공급되고부터 상기 제 2 단위 회로에 상기 데이터 신호가 공급될 때까지의 사이에, 상기 제 1 단위 회로 및 상기 제 2 단위 회로와는 다른 제 3 단위 회로에, 상기 제 3 단위 회로에 포함되는 상기 전자 소자를 소정 상태로 리셋하기 위한 리셋 제어 신호를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치의 구동 방법.

- 제 15 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 단위 회로의 각각은,상기 복수의 주사선 중 대응하는 주사선을 통하여 공급되는 주사 신호에 의해 제어되는 제 1 트랜지스터와,상기 제 1 트랜지스터를 통하여 공급되는 상기 데이터 신호 및 상기 리셋 제어 신호를 각각에 대응하는 전기량으로서 유지하는 유지 소자와,상기 유지 소자에 유지된 상기 전기량에 의거하여 도통 상태가 설정되고, 상기 전자 소자에 상기 도통 상태에 대응한 전압 레벨 또는 전류 레벨을 갖는 전압 또는 전류를 공급하는 제 2 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 리셋 제어 신호를 상기 유지 소자에 공급함으로써 상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 도통 상태를 실질적으로 오프 상태로 하여, 상기 전자 소자로의 전압 또는 전류의 공급을 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제 15 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전자 소자는 EL 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 및 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전자 장치를 실장한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
