Claims (4)
- 전기로 및 정련로에서 배출된 고온의 슬래그가 공정수와 더불어 파쇄되는 냉각 및 파쇄공정;상기 파쇄된 슬래그 중 일정 입도 이상의 금속입자를 선별하는 1차 지금회수공정;상기 금속입자를 선별하는 1차 지금회수공정 후, 잔여 슬래그에 단광 용해슬래그 및 상기 파쇄공정에서 수집된 자체 더스트가 추가로 투입되어 공정수와 더불어 분쇄되는 분쇄공정;상기 분쇄공정에서 배출된 슬러지에서 일정 입도 이상의 슬러지를 선별하는 2차 지금회수공정;상기 2차 지금회수공정 이후, 슬러지에 환원반응을 이용하여 중화 처리하는 공정;상기 2차 지금회수공정에서 통과된 슬러지 중 일정 입도 이하의 슬러지가 회수 및 수처리되어 생성된 건슬러지 회수공정;상기 2차 지금회수공정에서 통과된 슬러지 중 일정 입도 이상의 슬러지에서 슬러지가 비중 및 자장에 의해 금속지금과 황목사로 분리되어 회수되는 공정;으로 이루어지는 스테인레스 제강 슬래그의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 건슬러지 회수공정에서 습득된 물이 공정수가 요구되는 공정으로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스 제강 슬래그의 처리방법.
