Claims (32)
- 중량평균 분자량 5 x 105 이상의 폴리올레핀(A) 또는 당해 폴리올레핀을 1 중량% 이상 함유한 조성물(B)로 이루어진 미세다공성 막으로서, 기공의 평균공경이 적어도 한쪽 막 표면으로부터 막 두께의 중심 방향으로 향해, 서서히 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 미세다공성 막내의 관통공의 형상이 큰 공경의 개구부(開口部)를 가지고 있고, 중심부가 작게 되어있는 고형(鼓型)인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 미세다공성 막내의 관통공의 형상이 큰 공경의 개구부를 가지며 반대쪽을 향해 공격이 작아지는 배형(杯型)인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막으로서, 이러한 막 두께를 d로 할 경우에 한쪽 표면으로부터 d/16까지의 거리에 있는 기공의 평균 공경(a) 및 나머지 부분의 기공의 평균 공경(b)에서, (a)가 0.05 내지 50㎛, (b)가 0.01 내지 30㎛, 또한 (b) < (a)인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀(A)이 중량평균 분자량 1 x 106 내지 15 x 106인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)이, 중량평균 분자량 1 x 106 내지 15 x 106 인 초고분자량 폴리올레핀(B-1)과 중량평균 분자량 1 x 104 이상 5 x 105 미만의 폴리올레핀(B-2)의 조성물로서, (B-2)/(B-1)의 중량비가 0.2 내지 20인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)이 중량평균 분자량 7 x 105 이상의 초고분자량 폴리올레핀을 1 중량% 이상 함유한 조성물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀(A) 또는 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)의 중량평균 분자량/수평균 분자량(Mw/Mn)이 300 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀(A) 또는 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)의 중량평균 분자량/수평균 분자량(Mw/Mn)이 5 내지 50인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)이 중량평균 분자량 5 x 105 이상의 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 1 내지 69 중량%와, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 98 내지 1 중량%와, 셧다운 기능의 부여를 위한 폴리머 1 내지 30 중량%로 이루어지고, 당해 셧다운 기능을 부여하는 폴리머가 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 중량평균 분자량 1000 내지 4000이고 융점이 80 내지 130℃인 폴리에틸렌, 융점이 95 내지 125℃인 싱글 사이트 촉매를 사용한 에틸렌계 공중합체로부터 선택된 적어도 한 종류인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀(A) 또는 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)에 사용되는 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 중량평균 분자량 5 x 105 이상의 폴리올레핀(A) 또는 당해 폴리올레핀을 1 중량% 이상 함유한 폴리올레핀 조성물(B) 10 내지 50 중량%와, 용매 50 내지 90 중량%로 된 용액을 압출하여 얻은 겔상 성형물에서 용매를 제거하는 것에 의해 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 열용제 처리공정을 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 열용제 처리공정이 상기 폴리올레핀(A) 또는 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)의 결정분산 온도 이상 융점 + 10℃ 미만 범위의 온도의 용제와 접촉하는 방법인 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 또는 제 13항에 있어서, 열용제 처리공정을 용매를 제거하기 전에 행하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 또는 제 13항에 있어서, 열용제 처리공정을 용매를 제거한 후에 행하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀(A)이 중량평균 분자량 1 x 106 내지 15 x 106인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)이 중량평균 분자량 1 x 106 내지 15 x 106인 초고분자량 폴리올레핀(B-1)과 중량평균 분자량 1 x 104 이상 5 x 105 미만의 폴리올레핀(B-2)의 조성물로서, (B-2)/(B-1)의 중량비가 0.2 내지 20인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)이 중량평균 분자량 7 x 105 이상의 초고분자량 폴리올레핀을 1 중량% 이상 함유한 조성물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀(A) 또는 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)의 중량평균 분자량/수평균 분자량(Mw/Mn)이 300 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀(A) 또는 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)의 중량평균 분자량/수평균 분자량(Mw/Mn)이 5 내지 50인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀(A) 또는 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)에 사용되는 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 막 두께를 d로 할 때, 한쪽 표면으로부터 d/16의 거리에 있는 기공의 평균 공경(a)과 나머지 부분의 기공의 평균 공경(b)에서, (a)가 0.05 내지 50㎛, 바람직하게는 1 내지 30㎛이고, (b)가 0.01 내지 30㎛, 바람직하게는 0.03 내지 2㎛이며, 또한 (b) < (a)인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)이 중량평균 분자량 5 x 105 이상의 폴리에틸렌 30 내지 90 중량%와, 중량평균 분자량이 1000 내지 4000이고 융점이 80 내지 130℃인 폴리에틸렌 10 내지 70 중량%로 이루어진 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)이 중량평균 분자량 5 x 105 이상(B-1)의 폴리올레핀과 중량평균 분자량 5 x 105 미만(B-2)의 폴리올레핀의 조성물이고, (B-2)/(B-1) 중량비가 0.2 내지 20인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)이 중량평균 분자량 5 x 105 이상의 폴리올레핀 70 내지 95 중량%와 중량평균 분자량 3.0 x 104 내지 1.0 x 106의 폴리프로필렌 5 내지 30 중량%로 이루어진 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)이 중량평균 분자량 5 x 105 이상의 폴리올레핀 20 내지 92 중량%와 융점 95 내지 125℃인 싱글 사이트 촉매를 사용한 에틸렌계 공중합체의 2 내지 80 중량%의 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 조성물(B)이 중량평균 분자량 7 x 105 이상의 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 1 내지 69 중량%와 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 98 내지 1 중량% 및 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 1 내지 30 중량%로 함유하고 있는 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법에서, 겔상 성형물을 연신하는 것을 필수적으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 28항에 있어서, 연신배율이 면 배율에서 15 내지 400배로 되도록 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 기재의 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막을 사용한 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제 1항 기재의 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막을 전지용 세퍼레이터로서 사용한 전지.
- 제 1항 기재의 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막을 사용한 필터.
