Claims (4)
- 라이트 인에이블 신호에 응답하여 입력되는 동기신호및 디지털 데이터 신호를 기저장하고, 출력 인에이블 신호에 응답하여 상기 저장된 디지털 데이터 신호를 변환하여 복수의 아날로그 전압신호쌍을 발생하는 아날로그 전압신호발생수단;상기 아날로그전압 신호발생수단으로부터 발생된 신호에 따라 승압된 전원전압을 전압분배하여 복수의 기준전압을 각각이 출력하는 복수의 기준전압발생수단; 및 상기 복수의 기준전압을 입력받는 소오스 드라이브 집적회로를 구비하며,기준전압값을 변경하는 명령이 상기 아날로그 전압 발생수단의 디지털/아날로그 변환부로 전달되면, 상기 디지털/아날로그 변환부는 기준전압값을 변경하여 변경된 기준전압을 상기 기준전압발생수단으로 출력함으로써 상기 변경된 기준전압값들에 의해 콘트라스트 비의 범위가 변환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 아날로그전압 발생수단은 상기 라이트 인에이블 신호에 응답하여 입력되는 동기신호및 디지털 데이터 신호를 저장하는 데이터 저장부와, 상기 출력인에이블 신호발생시 상기 데이터 저장부로부터의 동기신호에 응답하여 상기 디지털 데이터 신호를 각각의 아날로그 신호로 변환하는 디지털-아날로그 변환부와, 상기 디지털-아날로그 변환부에 의해 변환된 아날로그 신호를 증폭하여 상기 복수의 아날로그 전압신호를 출력하는 버퍼증폭부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장 치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 데이터 저장부는 전압-투과율곡선 특성에 따른 고정기준전압신호쌍을 저장하고, 외부의 기준전압 변경명령에 따라 상기 디지털/아날로그 변환부를 통해 상기 고정기준전압 신호쌍을 가변하여 가변된 기준전압으로 출력하도록 조절되는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서.상기 기준전압 발생수단은 복수의 저항기가 전원전압단자와 접지단자사이에 직렬로 연결되어 복수의 기준전압을 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
