Claims (6)
- 전부 또는 대부분이 폴리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드)로 이루어진 폴리아미드로부터 섬유를 제조하는 방법으로서,98 중량% 함량의 진한 황산을 이의 응고점 미만으로 냉각시키고, 연이어 폴리아미드와 냉각된 황산을 배합하고, 이 배합물을 혼합하여 2.5 이상의 고유 점도를 갖는 15~19.5 중량%(혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 계산됨)의 폴리아미드를 함유하는 고체 혼합물을 형성시킨 후, 생성된 고체 혼합물을 가열하고, 이 가열된 고체 혼합물을 가압하에서 방사 오리피스(spinning orifice)에 보내고, 이 방사 오리피스 내의 고체 혼합물을 에어 갭(air gap) 방사 공정에 의해 방사함으로써, 방사 물질(spinning mass)을 제조하며,2개의 분리 영역, 즉 용융 용역(melting zone)과 압력 상승 영역(pressure build-up zone)을 통해 연속적으로 폴리머 용액을 통과시키는 장치에서 고체 혼합물의 가열 및 가압을 수행하고, 용융 영역에서 폴리머 용액을 혼합 및 혼련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 용액은 용융 영역에서 진공의 도움으로 탈가스화(degasification)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용융 영역은 다수의 혼련 패들(kneading paddle) 또는 혼련 블레이드(kneading blade)를 구비한 회전 샤프트(rotating shaft)를 갖는 혼합 혼련기(mixing kneader)를 포함하고, 상기 회전 샤프트는 원통형 하우징(cylindrical housing) 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전 샤프트는 상기 회전 샤프트의 단부에 설치된 배출 스크류(discharge screw)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 배출 스크류는 상기 배출 스크류의 직상류에 배치된 하나 이상의 배플(baffle)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 압력 상승 영역 내의 방사 용액은 부스터 펌프(booster pump)의 도움으로 방사 오리피스에 보내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
