Claims (10)
- (A)반응기에 C1∼C4 알코올, (메트)아크릴산, 강산 촉매 및 반응 혼합물의 총중량을 기준으로 물을 최소 5중량% 장입하여 반응 혼합물을 생성하는 단계;(B)상기 반응 혼합물을 반응시켜 C1∼C4 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트와 공정 불순물을 생성하며, 여기서 공정 불순물을 반응기에서 가수분해시키는 단계; 및(C)상기 반응도중 생성된 C1∼C4 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트와 물을 반응 혼합물로 부터 분리하는 단계;를 포함하는 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 제조 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강산 촉매는 황산, 알킬 술폰산 또는 중합체 지지된 알킬 술폰산임을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 나아가 상기 반응기에는 최소 하나의 억제제가 장입됨을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 억제제는 하이드로퀴논, 하이드로퀴논의 모노-메틸 에테르, 2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-1-피페리디닐옥시, 4-메타크릴로일옥시-2,2,6,6-테트라메틸 피페리디닐 자유 라디칼, 4-히드록시-2,2,6,6-테트라메틸 N-히드록시 피페리딘, 부틸레이트화된 히드록시 아니솔, 나프토퀴논, 안트라닐 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응 혼합물중 C1∼C4 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트와 물은 공비 증류(azeotropic distillation)에 의해 반응 혼합물로 부터 직접적으로 분리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 공비 증류는 20∼100트레이를 갖는 증류 칼럼에서 수성 환류(aqueous reflux)를 사용하여 반응기내에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 공비 증류는 대기압하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 C1∼C4알코올은 부탄올이며, 상기 (메트)아크릴산은 아크릴산이며, 상기 강산 촉매는 황산이며, 상기 억제제는 2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-1-피페리디닐옥시임을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 부탄올과 아크릴산은 아크릴산 대 부탄올의 몰비가 1:1∼1:1.7인 범위내에서 반응기로 장입됨을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물은 6∼18중량%로 존재하며, 상기 강산 촉매는 3.5∼15중량%로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법
