Claims (6)
- 40중량% ∼ 80중량%의 플라이 애쉬;1중량% ∼ 40중량%의 고로슬러그;1중량% ∼ 40중량%의 불산무수석고1중량% ∼ 20중량%의 가네트; 및1중량% ∼ 5중량%의 생석회;가 분말상태로 혼합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 혼화재 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 불산무수석고는 균일한 입도를 갖도록 불산무수석고 전체중량에서 1중량% ∼ 5중량%를 차지하는 소석회가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 혼화재 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 생석회는 생석회 전체중량에서 산화칼슘이 차지하는 비율이 75중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 혼화재 조성물.
- 플라이애쉬와, 고로슬러그와, 불산무수석고와, 가네트 및 생석회가 각각 2,500 ∼ 4,000㎠/g, 3,500 ∼ 6,000㎠/g, 3,500 ∼ 6,000㎠/g, 8,000 ∼12,000㎠/g 및 2,500 ∼ 5,000㎠/g의 입도를 갖도록 개별적으로 분쇄하여 분말화하는 단계(S100);분말상태인 상기 플라이애쉬와, 고로슬러그와, 불산무수석고와, 가네트 및 생석회가 각각 40중량% ∼ 80중량%, 1중량% ∼ 40중량%, 1중량% ∼ 40중량%, 1중량% ∼ 20중량% 및 1중량% ∼ 5중량%의 중량비율을 갖도록 개별적으로 계량하는 단계(S200); 및각각 일정 중량비율로 계량된 플라이 애쉬와, 고로슬러그와, 불산무수석고와, 가네트 및 생석회를 교반 및 혼합하여 시멘트 혼화재 조성물을 완성하는 단계(S300);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 혼화재 조성물 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 불산무수석고의 교반이 보다 용이하도록 불산무수석고 전체중량에서 1중량%∼5중량%를 차지하는 소석회가 상기 불산무수석고의 분쇄시 더 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 혼화재 조성물 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 생석회는 생석회 전체중량에서 산화칼슘이 차지하는 비율이 75중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 혼화재 조성물 제조방법.
