Claims (9)
- 그람양성균(Gram-positive bacteria)으로부터 RNA를 분리하는 방법에 있어서,1) 배양액에, 직경 212 내지 625 ㎛인 글래스 비드를 첨가하여 회전시킴으로써 그람양성균의 세포벽을 파괴하는 단계;2) 페놀 또는 클로로포름을 처리하여 단백질을 제거하는 단계; 및3) 알코올 공침을 통해 핵산을 침전시켜 핵산을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 신속하고 안전한 RNA의 분리방법
