Claims (6)
- 절연전선 피복용 폴리에스테르 수지에 있어서,테레프탈산 40-80중량%, 에틸렌 글리콜 15-40중량%, 나프탈렌 디카르복실산 1-40중량% 및 펜타에리스리톨 0.01-2중량%를 혼합 및 중합하여 제조된 개질된 절연전선 피복용 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 다층 절연전선에 있어서,도체,상기 도체상에, 테레프탈산 40-80중량%, 에틸렌 글리콜 15-40중량%, 나프탈렌 디카르복실산 1-40중량% 및 펜타에리스리톨 0.01-2중량%를 혼합 및 중합하여 제조된 개질된 절연전선 피복용 폴리에스테르 수지로된 제 1 및 제 2 절연피복층; 및상기 제 2피복층 위해 성형 피복된 폴리아미드로된 제 3 피복층;으로 구성되는 다층절연전선.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 나아가 상기 폴리에스테르 수지 중합시 이소프탈산, 부탄디올, 글리세롤 및 헥산디올로 부터 선택된 단량체중 최소 1종이상을 전체 혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 2-40중량%의 양으로 첨가하여 중합함을 특징으로하는 수지 또는 다층절연전선.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 테레프탈산과 에틸렌 글리콜의 총합은 60-95중량%임을 특징으로 하는 수지 또는 다층절연전선.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 나프탈렌 디카르복실산은 총중량의 5-20중량%의 양임을 특징으로 하는 수지 또는 다층절연전선,
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 펜타에리스리톨은 총중량의 0.1-1중량%의 양임을 특징으로 하는 수지 또는 다층절연전선.
