Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 액정 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,투명 기판(transparent substrate), 블랙 매트릭스(black matrix) 및 상기 투명 기판 상에 제공된 3원색의 착색막을 갖는 컬러 필터 베이스판(color filter base plate);상기 컬러 필터에 평행한 전계를 인가하기 위한 전극이 제공된 전극-실장 베이스판(electrode-carrying base plate); 및이들 사이에 배치된 액정을 구비하되, 스페이서(spacer)가 수지(resin)를 패턴화함으로써 상기 블랙 매트릭스 상에 형성되어 있는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는 3원색의 착색막을 적층함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 착색막은 4.5 미만의 비유전율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 착색막은 3.6 이하의 비유전율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 착색막은 직접 배향 처리(orientation treatment)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 착색막은 Ra 값이 0.010μm 이하인 표면 거칠기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 착색막상에 제공된 오버코트막(overcoat film)을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 오버코트막은 직접 배향 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 오버코트막은 Ra 값이 0.010μm 이하인 표면 거칠기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 오버코트막은 4.5 이하의 비유전율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 오버코트막은 3.6 이하의 비유전율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 오버코트막은 폴리이미드막(polyimide film) 또는 폴리이미드 실록산막(polyimide siloxane film)인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 블랙 매트릭스는 수지에 차광제를 분산시킴으로써 형성된 수지 블랙 매트릭스인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 수지 블랙 매트릭스용 수지는 폴리이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 3원색의 착색막용 수지는 폴리이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투명 기판의 배면측 상에 형성된 전도성 투명막을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 전도성 투명막은 2kΩ·cm 이하의 비저항을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서,상기 전도성 투명막은 96% 이상의 광 투과율(light transmittance)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
- 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서,상기 전도성 투명막은 10nm 내지 100nm의 막 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
