- 샘플링 클럭 신호에 응답하여 디지털 정보를 나타내는 아날로그 신호를 주기적으로 샘플링하고, 상기 아날로그 신호의 모든 샘플을 대응 디지털 샘플로 변환시켜 상기 아날로그 신호를 대응 디지털 신호로 변환시키는 아날로그 디지털 변환기와, 상기 아날로그 디지털 변환기에 의해 생성된 상기 디지털 신호의 샘플들 사이의 상관(correlation)에 응답하는 상기 샘플링 클럭 신호의 위상 오차를 검출하는 제 1 수단과, 상기 제 1 수단에 의해 검출된 상기 위상 오차에 응답하여 상기 샘플링 클럭 신호의 주파수를 제어하는 제 2 수단과, 상기 아날로그 디지털 변환기에 의해 생성된 상기 디지털 신호를, 파형 등화 처리에 대응하는 가변 필터링 처리를 통해 상기 아날로그 디지털 변환기에 의해 생성된 상기 디지털 신호를 필터링된 신호로 변환시키는 가변 필터와, 상기 가변 필터에 의해 생성된 필터링된 신호의 샘플들 사이의 상관에 응답하여 상기 아날로그 디지털 변환기에 의해 생성된 상기 디지털 신호의 진폭 오차를 검출하는 제 3 수단과, 상기 제 3 수단에 의해 검출된 상기 진폭 오차에 응답하여 상기 가변 필터에 의해 실행된 상기 필터링 처리를 제어하는 제 4 수단을 포함하는 자동 등화 시스템으로서, 상기 아날로그 디지털 변환기와, 상기 제 1 수단과, 상기 제 2 수단은 위상 동기 루프를 구성하는 반면, 상기 가변 필터와, 상기 제 3 수단과, 상기 제 4 수단은 상기 위상 동기 루프로부터 분리한 진폭 오차 정정 루프를 구성하는 상기 자동 등화 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 수단은, 상기 아날로그 디지털 변환기에 의해 생성된 상기 디지털 신호의 세 연속적인 샘플에 응답한 상기 위상 오차를 검출하는 수단을 포함하는 자동 등화 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 수단에 의해 검출된 상기 샘플링 클럭 신호의 상기 위상 오차는 상기 아날로그 신호에 관해 한정된 자동 등화 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 수단은, 기준 레벨과 상기 아날로그 디지털 변환기에 의해 생성된 상기 디지털 신호의 모든 샘플의 레벨을 비교하는 수단과, 상기 아날로그 디지털 변환기에 의해 생성된 상기 디지털 신호에 응답하여 상기 기준 레벨을 적절히 변화시키는 수단과, 상기 레벨 비교의 결과에 응답하여 상기 위상 오차를 검출하는 수단을 포함하는 자동 등화 시스템.
- 입력 신호에 관해 최대 가능(maximum likelihood)에 응답하여 디지털 정보를 나타내는 상기 입력 신호의 모든 샘플의 레벨을 결정하는 제 1 수단과, 상기 제 1 수단에 의해 결정된 상기 레벨에 응답하여 이상(ideal) 신호를 생성하는 제 2 수단과, 상기 제 2 수단에 의해 생성된 상기 이상 신호와 상기 입력 신호 사이의 차이를 계산하는 제 3 수단과, 상기 제 3 수단에 의해 계산된 상기 차이에 응답하여 정정 신호를 생성하는 제 4 수단과, 상기 제 4 수단에 의해 생성된 상기 정정 신호에 응답하여 상기 입력 신호를 정정하는 제 5 수단을 포함하는 잡음 감소 회로.
- 상기 입력 신호에 관해 최대 가능에 응답하여 디지털 정보를 나타내는 입력 신호의 모든 샘플의 레벨을 결정하고, 상기 결정된 레벨을 나타내는 레벨 결정 신호를 생성하는 제 1 수단과, 상기 제 1 수단에 의해 생성된 레벨 결정 신호의 연속적인 샘플들을 기억하는 제 1 메모리와, 상기 입력 신호의 연속적인 샘플들을 기억하는 제 2 메모리로서, 상기 제 2 메모리에 기억된 신호 샘플들 각각이 상기 제 1 메모리에 기억된 상기 신호 샘플들에 대응하는, 상기 제 2 메모리와, 상기 레벨 결정 신호의 소정 수의 최종 연속 샘플들로 나타낸 제 1 패턴과 상기 제 1 메모리의 상기 신호 샘플들로 나타낸 제 2 패턴을 비교하여, 상기 제 2 패턴 중에서 상기 제 1 패턴에 대응하는 과거(past) 패턴을 검출하고, 상기 검출된 과거 패턴의 위치에 응답하여 어드레스 신호를 생성하는 제 2 수단과, 상기 제 2 수단에 의해 생성된 상기 어드레스 신호에 응답하여 상기 제 2 메모리의 상기 신호 샘플들 중에서 신호 샘플을 선택하는 제 3 수단과, 상기 제 3 수단에 의해 선택된 신호 샘플과 상기 입력 신호의 대응 샘플 사이의 차이를 계산하는 제 4 수단과, 상기 제 4 수단에 의해 계산된 상기 차이에 응답하여 정정 신호를 생성하는 제 5 수단과, 상기 제 5 수단에 의해 생성된 상기 정정 신호에 응답하여 상기 입력 신호를 정정된 신호로 정정하는 제 6 수단을 포함하는 잡음 감소 회로.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 메모리에서, 대응 신호 샘플에 상기 정정된 신호의 현재 샘플을 기록하는 제 7 수단을 더 포함하는 잡음 감소 회로.
- 샘플링 클럭 신호에 응답하는 디지털 정보를 나타내는 아날로그 신호를 주기적으로 샘플링하고, 상기 아날로그 신호의 모든 샘플을 대응 디지털 샘플로 변환시켜 상기 아날로그 신호를 대응 디지털 신호를 변환시키는 아날로그 디지털 변환기와, 상기 아날로그신호와 관련된 최대 가능과 상기 아날로그 디지털 변환기에 의해 생성된 상기 디지털 신호의 샘플들 사이의 상관에 응답하여, 상기 샘플링 클럭 신호와 상기 아날로그 신호 사이의 위상 오차를 검출하는 제 1 수단과, 상기 제 1 수단에 의해 검출된 상기 위상 오차에 응답하여 상기 샘플링 클럭 신호의 주파수를 제어하는 제 2 수단을 포함하는 위상 동기 제어 회로.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 수단은 상기 아날로그 디지털 변환기에 의해 생성된 상기 디지털 신호의 세 연속된 샘플에 응답하여 상기 위상 오차를 검출하는 수단을 포함하는 위상 동기 제어 회로.
