Claims (14)
- 外装材と、
前記外装材の自動車内側面に沿って接触し、長手方向に対して直交する断面において前記外装材の直交方向の断面二次モーメントが15000mm4以下である補強部材を備える、自動車の外装パネル。 - 前記補強部材の降伏応力が500MPa以上である、請求項1に記載の自動車の外装パネル。
- 前記補強部材には交差部が設けられ、前記交差部から伸びる前記補強部材の長手方向に対して直交する断面において前記外装材の直交方向の断面二次モーメントが15000mm4以下である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の自動車の外装パネル。
- 前記交差部が2箇所以上設けられた、請求項3に記載の自動車の外装パネル。
- 前記補強部材は全長の1/3以上の領域で前記外装材に密着している、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の自動車の外装パネル。
- 前記外装材は自動車の外側からみて凹に湾曲した凹湾曲部を有し、前記凹湾曲部と重なる前記補強部材は前記外装材に密着している、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の自動車の外装パネル。
- 前記補強部材は、前記外装材を横切る、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の自動車の外装パネル。
- 前記補強部材は前記外装材と接合されている、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の自動車の外装パネル。
- 前記補強部材は、前記外装材の輪郭上の任意の2点を結ぶ線分であって最も長い線分を3等分して得られる3つの線分のうち、中央に位置する線分を直径とする円よりも内側を通る、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の自動車の外装パネル。
- 前記外装材の対向する第1の辺と第2の辺の間に、複数の前記補強部材が配置され、少なくとも1つの前記補強部材は前記第1の辺と前記第2の辺の中間線より前記第1の辺側に配置され、少なくとも1つの前記補強部材は前記中間線より前記第2の辺側に配置され、前記補強部材それぞれの延在方向は前記第1の辺と前記第2の辺のいずれか近い方に沿う方向であり、隣接する2つの前記補強部材間の第1の距離は前記第1の辺又は前記第2の辺から最も近い前記補強部材までの第2の距離よりも短い、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の自動車の外装パネル。
- 前記補強部材と前記第1の辺と前記第2の辺のいずれか前記補強部材に近い方のなす角は30°以内である、請求項10に記載の自動車の外装パネル。
- 前記第1の距離は、隣接する2つの前記補強部材と、前記第1の辺の中点と前記第2の辺の中点とを結ぶ線分と、が交差する2点間の距離である、請求項10に記載の自動車の外装パネル。
- 前記第2の距離は、前記第1の辺の中点と、前記第1の辺と最も近い前記補強部材と第1の辺の中点と前記第2の辺の中点とを結ぶ前記線分とが交差する点との間の距離である、請求項12に記載の自動車の外装パネル。
- 前記第2の距離は、前記第2の辺の中点と、前記第2の辺と最も近い前記補強部材と第1の辺の中点と前記第2の辺の中点とを結ぶ前記線分とが交差する点との間の距離である、請求項12に記載の自動車の外装パネル。
