Abstract
Description
図1に示される射出成型機100は、樹脂等の材料を射出成形して成形品を製造する装置である。射出成型機100は、例えばモバイル端末の導光板等の製造に適用される。射出成型機100は、型締装置20、射出装置40、及びNC(Numerical Control)制御装置60を備えている。
次に、第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態の説明では、第1実施形態と異なる点について説明し、重複する説明は省略する。

Claims (7)
- モータを含む駆動部と、前記駆動部により移動可能な移動体と、前記駆動部の駆動量に基づき前記移動体の位置を検出する第1検出部と、前記第1検出部の第1検出値に基づき前記モータの駆動をフィードバック制御する第1フィードバック制御を実行するサーボアンプと、目標位置に対して一定距離以下まで前記移動体が近接した場合に当該移動体の位置を検出する第2検出部と、を具備する産業機械に搭載され、前記移動体を前記目標位置に位置決めする位置決め制御装置であって、
前記サーボアンプを制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記サーボアンプの前記第1フィードバック制御を実行させる第1制御態様と、前記サーボアンプの前記第1フィードバック制御を無効化し、且つ、前記第2検出部の第2検出値に基づき前記モータの駆動をフィードバック制御する第2フィードバック制御を実行させる第2制御態様と、の間で制御態様を切り替える切替部を有する、位置決め制御装置。 - 前記サーボアンプは、複数設けられ、
前記コントローラは、複数の前記サーボアンプを統御する、請求項1に記載の位置決め制御装置。 - 前記切替部は、
前記第2検出値が前記目標位置に対して設定距離よりも離れた位置である場合、前記第1制御態様へ制御態様を切り替えた状態とされ、
前記第2検出値が前記目標位置に対して前記設定距離以下まで近接した位置である場合、前記第2制御態様へ制御態様を切り替えた状態とされる、請求項1又は2に記載の位置決め制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記第2フィードバック制御でフィードバックされる前記第2検出値の高周波成分をフィルタリングするフィルタ部を有する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の位置決め制御装置。
- 前記コントローラは、
制御指令を生成する指令生成部を有し、
前記切替部により前記第1制御態様へ制御態様が切り替えられた状態では、前記指令生成部で生成した前記制御指令を前記サーボアンプに入力し、
前記切替部により前記第2制御態様へ制御態様が切り替えられた状態では、前記第1検出値が加算され且つ前記第2検出値が減算された前記制御指令を、前記サーボアンプに入力する、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の位置決め制御装置。 - 前記第2フィードバック制御では、前記第1検出値に対する検出誤差を含む前記第2検出値をフィードバック成分として前記モータの駆動をフィードバック制御する、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の位置決め制御装置。
- モータを含む駆動部と、
固定金型、及び、前記駆動部によって前記固定金型に対して相対移動可能な移動体としての可動金型を有する金型と、
前記駆動部の駆動量に基づき前記移動体の位置を検出する第1検出部と、
前記第1検出部の検出値に基づき前記モータの駆動をフィードバック制御する第1フィードバック制御を実行するサーボアンプと、
目標位置に対して一定距離以下まで前記可動金型が近接した場合に当該可動金型の位置を測定する第2検出部と、
請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の位置決め制御装置と、を備える型締装置。
