Claims (9)
- 少なくとも一端にインペラが設けられたシャフトと、
前記シャフトを回転自在に支持する軸受部と、
を備え、
前記軸受部は、
円筒形状を有する本体と、
前記本体の内周面に形成され、前記シャフトを支持する軸受面と、
前記軸受面において周方向に間隔を隔てて複数配され、前記シャフトの回転軸方向の一端から他端に向かって延在する軸受溝と、
を有し、
複数の前記軸受溝は、形状および配置の少なくとも一方が、前記シャフトの回転軸に垂直な断面において、前記回転軸中心に非対称であることを特徴とする軸受構造。 - 前記軸受部は、前記本体の内周面に前記回転軸方向に離隔して2つの前記軸受面が形成されたセミフローティングメタルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記複数の軸受溝の少なくとも1つは、他の軸受溝と、前記シャフトの回転軸に垂直な断面における面積が異なる特異溝であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記軸受部が収容されたハウジングには、潤滑油を供給する油路が形成され、
前記特異溝は、面積が他の軸受溝よりも大きく、各前記軸受面に1つ設けられ、且つ、前記油路の前記軸受部に対向する出口端を起点として、前記起点から前記シャフトの回転方向前方側に180度までの位相の範囲或いは前記起点から前記シャフトの回転方向後方側に180度までの位相の範囲に配されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の軸受構造。 - 前記軸受部は、
外周面からそれぞれの前記軸受溝まで貫通する複数の給油孔を有し、
前記複数の給油孔の少なくとも1つは、他の給油孔と大きさが異なることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の軸受構造。 - 少なくとも一端にインペラが設けられたシャフトと、
前記シャフトの軸方向に離隔して2つ配され、前記シャフトを回転自在に支持するフルフローティングメタルと、
を備え、
前記フルフローティングメタルは、
円筒形状であって前記シャフトが挿通される本体と、
前記本体の内周面に形成され、前記シャフトを支持する軸受面と、
前記本体の周方向に複数配され、外周面から前記軸受面まで貫通して前記軸受面に潤滑油を導く給油孔と、
を有し、
前記複数の給油孔は、形状および配置の少なくとも一方が、前記シャフトの回転軸に垂直な断面において、前記回転軸中心に非対称であることを特徴とする軸受構造。 - 前記複数の給油孔の少なくとも1つは、他の給油孔と大きさが異なることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記フルフローティングメタルは、
前記軸受面において、周方向に間隔を隔てて複数配され、前記シャフトの回転軸方向の一端から他端に向かって延在する軸受溝を有し、
前記複数の軸受溝の少なくとも1つは、他の軸受溝と大きさが異なることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の軸受構造。 - 前記請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造を備えることを特徴とする過給機。
