Abstract
Description
まず、本実施形態の作業機用表示装置を備えるNC工作機械の構成について説明する。図1に、NC工作機械のブロック図を示す。図1に示すように、NC工作機械1は、作業機2と、制御装置3と、作業機用表示装置4と、を備えている。
次に、タッチパネルについて説明する。図2に、本実施形態の作業機用表示装置のタッチパネルの模式図(その1)を示す。なお、図2に示すのは、各ソフトボタン(プログラム選択ボタン500、プログラム追加ボタン501、プログラムコピーボタン502、プログラム削除ボタン503)が選択可能状態の場合である。
次に、タッチパネルの操作方法について説明する。図6に、タッチパネルの操作方法のフローチャートを示す。まず、作業者は、所望のソフトボタン(プログラム選択ボタン500、プログラム追加ボタン501、プログラムコピーボタン502、プログラム削除ボタン503)が、選択可能状態(図2)なのか、それとも選択不可能状態(図3〜図5)なのかを確認する(図6のS1(ステップ1、以下同様))。
次に、本実施形態の作業機用表示装置の作用効果について説明する。本実施形態の作業機用表示装置4によると、図3〜図5に示すように、選択不可能状態において、タッチパネル5に、ソフトボタン(プログラム選択ボタン500、プログラム追加ボタン501、プログラムコピーボタン502、プログラム削除ボタン503)と、操作条件アイコン(運転停止アイコン505、編集キーアイコン506、NCモードアイコン507、パスワード入力アイコン508)と、を同時に表示することができる。並びに、ソフトボタンと操作条件アイコンとを、互いに関連付けられた状態で、表示することができる。
以上、本発明の作業機用表示装置の実施の形態について説明した。しかしながら、実施の形態は上記形態に特に限定されるものではない。当業者が行いうる種々の変形的形態、改良的形態で実施することも可能である。
Claims (3)
- ソフトボタンと該ソフトボタンを選択するのに必要な操作条件とを、該ソフトボタンと該操作条件とが関連付けられた状態で、同時に表示するタッチパネルを備える作業機用表示装置。
- 前記操作条件は、アイコン形式で前記タッチパネルに表示される請求項1に記載の作業機用表示装置。
- 前記操作条件の少なくとも一部は、前記ソフトボタンの上に重ねて表示される請求項1または請求項2に記載の作業機用表示装置。
