Abstract
Description
(1) 内輪と、外輪と、該内輪及び外輪間に配置される複数の転動体と、該複数の玉をそれぞれ保持する保持器と、を備え、ハードディスクドライブに設けられたスイングアームを揺動及び回転自在に支持するハードディスクスイングアーム用転がり軸受であって、
前記内輪及び外輪の表面の硬度をHv700以上、800未満とすると共に、前記転動体の表面の硬度をHv945以上、1060未満としたことを特徴とするハードディスクスイングアーム用転がり軸受。
(2) 前記内輪及び外輪の表面の硬度をHv720〜780とすると共に、前記転動体の表面の硬度をHv945〜1050としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードディスクスイングアーム用転がり軸受。
(3) 前記内輪、外輪、及び転動体はそれぞれ、ステンレス鋼とSUJ鋼のいずれかからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハードディスクスイングアーム用転がり軸受。

Claims (3)
- 内輪と、外輪と、該内輪及び外輪間に配置される複数の転動体と、該複数の玉をそれぞれ保持する保持器と、を備え、ハードディスクドライブに設けられたスイングアームを揺動及び回転自在に支持するハードディスクスイングアーム用転がり軸受であって、
前記内輪及び外輪の表面の硬度をHv700以上、800未満とすると共に、前記転動体の表面の硬度をHv945以上、1060未満としたことを特徴とするハードディスクスイングアーム用転がり軸受。 - 前記内輪及び外輪の表面の硬度をHv720〜780とすると共に、前記転動体の表面の硬度をHv945〜1050としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハードディスクスイングアーム用転がり軸受。
- 前記内輪、外輪、及び転動体はそれぞれ、ステンレス鋼とSUJ鋼のいずれかからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハードディスクスイングアーム用転がり軸受。
