Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態1における測定装置について、図1〜図6を参照しながら説明する。最初に、本実施の形態1における測定装置の構成について図1を用いて説明する。図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における測定装置の概略構成を示す構成図である。
次に本発明の実施の形態2における測定装置について、図7及び図8を参照しながら説明する。最初に、本実施の形態2における測定装置の構成について図7を用いて説明する。図7は、本発明の実施の形態2における測定装置の概略構成を示す構成図である。
Claims (7)
- 試料に含まれる対象成分の吸光度を測定する測定装置であって、
前記対象成分に吸光される波長の光を出射する光源と、受光した光の強度に応じた大きさの信号を出力する第1の受光素子及び第2の受光素子と、演算部と、記憶部とを備え、
前記第1の受光素子及び前記光源は、前記光源から出射され、且つ前記試料を透過した透過光が前記第1の受光素子によって受光されるように配置され、
前記第2の受光素子は、前記光源から出射された前記透過光以外の光を受光するように配置され、
前記記憶部は、前記試料が存在しない状態で前記光源から光を出射したときの前記第1の受光素子の出力値と前記第2の受光素子の出力値との相関関係を記憶し、
前記演算部は、前記試料が存在する状態で前記光源から光を出射したときの前記第1の受光素子及び前記第2の受光素子の出力値と、前記相関関係とから、前記対象成分の吸光度を算出することを特徴とする測定装置。 - 前記演算部が、前記試料が存在しないときに、前記光源に光を出射させて前記第1の受光素子の出力値A10と前記第2の受光素子の出力値B10とを取得し、取得した前記第1の受光素子の出力値A10と前記第2の受光素子の出力値B10とを上記式(1)に代入して前記比例定数t1を算出し、算出した前記比例定数t1を前記記憶部に記憶させ、記憶させた前記比例定数t1を用いて前記対象成分の吸光度Sを算出する請求項2に記載の測定装置。
- 前記試料に、前記試料に入射した光の進行を妨げる成分が含まれており、
前記対象成分に吸光されない波長の光を出射する第2の光源を更に備え、
前記第2の光源は、前記第2の光源から出射され、且つ前記試料を透過した第2の透過光が前記第1の受光素子によって受光され、前記第2の光源から出射された前記第2の透過光以外の光が前記第2の受光素子によって受光されるように配置され、
前記記憶部が、前記試料が存在しない状態で前記第2の光源から光を出射したときの前記第1の受光素子の出力値A20と前記第2の受光素子の出力値B20との相関関係を更に記憶し、
前記第1の受光素子の出力値A20と前記第2の受光素子の出力値B20との相関関係は、前記第1の受光素子の出力値A20と前記第2の受光素子の出力値B20とを下記式(3)に代入して算出される比例定数t2で表され、
前記演算部が、前記試料が存在する状態で前記第2の光源から光を出射したときの前記第1の受光素子の出力値A2及び前記第2の受光素子の出力値B2、前記第1の受光素子の出力値A20と前記第2の受光素子の出力値B20との相関関係を更に用い、下記式(4)に基づいて、前記対象成分の吸光度Sを算出する請求項2または3に記載の測定装置。
- 前記演算部が、前記試料が存在しないときに、前記第2の光源に光を出射させて前記第1の受光素子の出力値A20と前記第2の受光素子の出力値B20とを取得し、取得した前記第1の受光素子の出力値A20と前記第2の受光素子の出力値B20とを上記式(3)に代入して前記比例定数t2を算出し、算出した前記比例定数t2を前記記憶部に記憶させ、記憶させた前記比例定数t2を用いて前記対象成分の吸光度Sを算出する請求項2に記載の測定装置。
- 前記対象成分が、試薬によって発色した前記試料中の糖である請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の測定装置。
- 前記試料が血球成分を含む血液であり、前記対象成分が試薬によって発色した前記血液中の糖である請求項4に記載の測定装置。
