CONSTITUTION:A powder of the feedstock composition to be converted into a ceramic superconductor and an operation gas are introduced from inlets 2, 3 into the plasma jet torch 1 to effect their reactions in the oxygen plasma jet 4 and the resultant spherical fine particles are collected into the chamber 5.
