Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve operating accuracy by a method wherein a spacer is interposed between an insertion pipe floated by buoyancy of a back filling agent and a sheath pipe and the insertion pipe is arranged at a given angle with the sheath pipe by a spacer. CONSTITUTION: Spacers 32 are juxtaposed on one surface of a belt-like sheet 31 at a given pitch 4 by changing, in order, an amount of protrusion of a spacer 32 from a sheet 31 and a wire 33 is respectively inserted in the bag-form parts of the side part of the sheet 31 to form a grade specifying tool 30. The specifying tool 30 is arranged in the sheath pipe 10, one end part of the wire 33 is locked at a support wire 51 in a manhole 41, and the other end is locked at a support member 52 through a turn buckle 60. A helical pipe serving as an insertion pipe 20 is formed, in order, in the sheath pipe 10. When a back-fill agent 70 is injected in a gap between the sheet pipe 10 and the insertion pipe 20, the insertion pipe 20 is floated and the spacer 32 is pressed against the two pipes 10 and 20. When the back-fill agent 70 is injected, the back-fill agent 70 enters a gap between the spacers 32 and enters the meshes of the sheet 31.
