Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the driving time loss of an unmanned vehicle by preventing the interference between these vehicles in case another vehicle enters a station set on the route of unmanned vehicles with the control having no relation with the control of a due vehicle. CONSTITUTION:An unmanned vehicle 5 approaches to the stations ST1-5 set along a driving route 1 and enters a detecting range of detecting means ES1-ES5 respectively. Thus these detectors detect the presence of the vehicle 5. Then a drive control means calculates a command means set at the position where no interference is caused between both vehicles 5 and 2 and also the prescribed driving time of the vehicle 2 is minimized. Thus said command means is actuated. As a result, the drive of the vehicle 2 approaching the stations ST1-5 is allowed up to the position of said command means. Then the drive of the vehicle 2 is controlled by the function of the command means. In such a way, the interference is prevented between both vehicles 2 and therefore the driving time loss is reduced for the vehicle 2.
