Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of the reliability of guidance performance by using a color sensor so as to detect a non-painting part formed at a prescribed width along the running route in a color painting part indicating clearly the running region of an unmanned carrier. CONSTITUTION:A color printing part 3 indicating the running region of a carrier is provided on a running road face 2 on which the unmanned carrier runs. A prescribed width W of the non-painting part 3a is formed in the middle in the transverse direction of the paint 3. When a color sensor 6 detects the non- painting part 3a, the information of detection is sent to a guidance controller 7, where a color is extracted, and processed and then deviation processing is applied through binarization. The binarization signal is fed respectively to an on-vehicle controller 8 and a motor controller 9 respectively to control the drive of motors 11, 11 and steering is applied so that the carrier track runs along the non-painting part 3a. Through the method above, since the guidance line is exfoliated and no induction disable state takes place, the reliability of the signal by the guidance of the carrying track is improved.
