Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure an easy branch control, by providing just a unit of the pickup device that leads out the original straight-going induction band to the induction band which induces the travelling after a branch. CONSTITUTION:The induction band 12 that induces the travelling after a branch is led out directly and consecutively from the original induction band 11. Then just a unit of the pickup device 13 is provided to detect the inductive objects 11 and 12. In case a right branching is desired, the right branching sensor 29 works by the branch command marker 14 and before the branching point to switch on the left switch. Thus the unmanned car 18 is deflected to the right side since the output of the right preamplfier 27 is large and then led into the band 12 at the branching point. In the case of a straight traveling, the left branching sensor 30 works by the straight-going command marker 15 and before the branching point to turn on the right switch 20. As a result, the car 18 has a displacement to the left side to travel straight on the band 11 and with a left reflection. In this way, an easy branch control is ensured with just a unit of the pickup device.
