Abstract
PURPOSE:To make local and efficient heating possible and to enhance the mechanical strength of an article to be bonded, by dispersing a magnetic powder heated by induction heating in a polyvinyl chloride paste. CONSTITUTION:A flange part 5 and a blood introducing tube 3 are mutually fixed at the contact area of both of them by a polyvinyl chloride paste 19 and a ferromagnetic powder 20 is properly dispersed in said polyvinyl chloride paste 19. By the presence of said magnetic powder, the heating of a fixing region due to high frequency induction heating can be collectively performed and the gelling and curing of a plastisol 9 are sufficiently performed to make it possible to certainly fix the flange part 5 and the blood introducing tube 3 with high fixing strength. Therefore, even when the flange part 5 is formed of heat insulating polyvinyl chloride, the flange part 5 receives no effect due to heating and generates no thermal deformation and decomposition. The magnetic powder 20 is desirably formed from the powder of stainless steel or silver having corrosion resistance so as not to generate corrosion due to hydrogen chloride generated by the partial decomposition of polyvinyl chloride at the time of heating.
