Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an adhesive in the sheet form excellent in adhesion and easy to handle, by a process wherein a plastisol comprising a vinyl chloride-based paste resin dispersed in a plasticizer is impregnated into a porous sheet base and brought to a half-hardened state in the gel form. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride-based paste resin with which a resin contg. a polar group such as carboxyl group is mixed is dispersed in a plasticizer (e.g., dioctyl phthalate, tricresyl phosphate) to prepare a plastisol. Said plastisol is impregnated into a porous sheet base such as nonwoven fabric or victoria lawn and, on standing at ordinary temp. or by heating, brought into a half-hardened state in the gel form the surface of which is tack-free at ordinary temp., yielding the intended plastisol adhesive sheet. The resulting adhesive sheet is well suited to adhesives for honeycomb constructions, sealers for welding areas, etc.

A viscous liquid (sol-like) composition that is cloudy at room temperature and dispersed in a plasticizer such as DBP or TCP is called gelastesol (vinyl chloride sol), and is heated (usually to a bath melting temperature of 120°C or higher). By dissolving the paste resin in the iJ plasticizer or by dissolving the plasticizer in the base resin, the resin undergoes Brownian movement and becomes a uniform component, and by molding it into a solid state at room temperature during customs clearance, -? ! It is used for 1-groove materials, adhesives, caulking materials, etc.

Conventionally, the adhesive wound or caulking agent is made by applying gelastesol, which is made by adding 50 parts or more of uJ plastic to 100 parts of vinyl chloride-based resin, directly onto the dead body and hardening (assimilating) it by heat molding. It was fully functional. Therefore, the contact force t is determined by the blending ratio of the vinyl chloride resin and the plasticizer, and the higher the ratio of plasticizer applied electricity, the weaker the contact force is.
(Bar'ndrenoresin; cooling against resin 100 kgIL) If it is less than 60 PHR, it will not become gelastesol, and from the viewpoint of viscosity (confectionery properties) during use, oJ plastics such as 7 talate ester threads are used at 60 PHR. More convenient than necessary,
Reduction agent, free filler, reaction 111. Gelastesol k +12 yis modified by adding 6 parts of ρJ plasticizer etc.
It was also used as an OJ Co-A/G agent. Therefore, the fractured portions after measuring the adhesive strength appear as adhesive layer fractures (cohesive fractures), and improvement of the cohesive strength has become a problem. In addition, plastisol-based carbon layer agents are liquid at room temperature and have a high viscosity (low-viscosity products have a high proportion of plasticizer, so they quickly develop adhesive strength), making them inconvenient to handle, and especially difficult to coat over large areas. The well-known plastisol, which has been delivered to Kakenyasu\Kyuko/JζYanhoro■ plasticizer and stabilizer, as well as female stabilizers such as Cal7um salt and Norium salt, can be used as non-woven fabric, Kanreija, and Hiroi. 1. A well-known porous sheet-like material such as s is coated with a well-known method such as a cloth or a masterpiece, and Fura Tezono 1 is placed in the porous substrate, and heated using a hot air dryer or the like. 1. Below the gelation temperature of the plastisol, the vinyl paste resin absorbs the plasticizer and expands, resulting in a solid white color. Is he still resilient in France and has a 7th and 11th birthday? In a fan exhibition that contributes to the presentation, the gelation temperature t obtained by applying the gelling method to the plasticizer 1, the polymerization of the plasticizer in the plastisol (and the polymerization 1i of the base resin), The plastisol adhesive sheet produced in this way can usually be produced at a temperature of 100°C or less, although it varies depending on the mm (homopolymer, copolymer), sheet thickness, impregnated amount, etc.
It is a sheet-shaped hot melt adhesive or caulking material, which is sandwiched or embedded in an adherend, and the sheet is heated above the bath melting temperature to mold and harden (solidify) the plus sol.
By doing so, it functions as an adhesive or sealant.

The bath melting temperature If, like the gelation temperature, depends on the properties of the plasticizer in the plastisol, the molecular violet, and the added ZIO! Although it varies depending on the degree of electrical integration of the base resin, the thickness of the sheet, the properties of the adherend, etc., a temperature of 120 T2 or higher is usually required, and the plastisol is heated until it becomes a transparent and elastic body. .

In the present invention, plastisol, which is liquid at room temperature, is impregnated into the porous sheet base material, so that conventional enalene-vinyl acetate composite adhesives and polyamide thread hot melt adhesives, which are solid at material temperature, can be used in a heating bath. Compared to the method of melting and impregnating porous substrates, it is easier to make confectionery. Since the bonding material contains a supporting material consisting of a ridge fiber and a material, it has the bonding performance as FktP (fiber-reinforced plastic) when molded (cured). In addition, the adhesive sheet is in a non-sticky state at room temperature and is not completely cured, making it easy to cut and paste.

As described above, the glastizol-based adhesive sheet produced according to the present invention can be used as a cutting material for hard vinyl chloride, as an adhesive for honeycomb structures, as an adhesive filling material for filter P sheets, and as a bath adhesive sealing material. It is useful as a contact layer or sealing material for each insertion/extraction main body.
