Abstract

PURPOSE:To minimize the power consumption of a power supply by interrupting power fed from the power supply to a control circuit when a condition for turning off an ignition switch and the like and another condition for the elapse of the predetermined time after closing a door and the like are satisfied. CONSTITUTION:A ground clearance adjustment device is provided with a plurality of suspension units 1A and 1B having a respective fluid chamber and a supply and discharge device 2 for supplying and discharging a pressure fluid to and from each suspension unit 1A and 1B for ground clearance adjustment. Also, there are provided a ground clearance sensor 6, a control circuit 3 for controlling the supply and discharge device 2 depending upon a detected signal from the sensor 6 and a feed circuit 4 for supplying power to the control circuit 3. In this case, the feed passage of the feed circuit 4 is interrupted when an ignition switch 9 between the feed circuit 4 and a power supply 7 is turned off or an engine is at rest, and when the predetermined time passes after turning on each door switch 10 and a trunk switch 11.
