Abstract

The permeation of hydrogen is remarkably suppressed at the positions where the film C is provided, and the coating film C serves as the film for preventing the hydrogen leakage. The short arc extinction time is thereby maintained for a long time, and the stable contact opening and closing characteristic such as a long contact life is obtained.
