Abstract
PURPOSE:To mass produce a battery with stable performance and quality by constructing a package member with metallic materials with high modulus of elasticity and forming the metallic coat with high conductivity on the surface. CONSTITUTION:The outer and inner cans 8 and 9 and the sealing plate 10 are made of a metallic material high modulus of resiliency such as stainless steel plates, carbon steel plates, etc. Then the metallic coat with high conductivity such as Ni, Cu, and Ag is coated on the connecting sections of the electrical circuits on the external surfaces of the inner can 9 and the sealing plate 10 and on the contact sections of the inner contents by the dry type coating such as ion plating and vacuum deposition only for the required position, area, and thickness.
