接地された第１の電流源に接続されてなる第１の
トランジスタと、ベースが第２の入力端に接続さ
れ、エミツタが前記第１の電流源に接続された第
２のトランジスタと、前記第１のトランジスタの
コレクタに対してベース及びコレクタが接続され
、エミツタが電源に接続された第３のトランジス
タと、この第３のトランジスタのベースに対ベー
スが接続され、エミツタが前記電源に接続される
もので、コレクタが前記第２のトランジスタのコ
レクタに接続された第４のトランジスタと、前記
第２及び第４のトランジスタのコレクタと前記電
源間に接続される抵抗と、この抵抗に接続された
接地されてなる第２の電流源とを具備したことを
