PURPOSE:To improve comfort by increasing voltage for a blower when an inside/outside air switchover damper is changed to the open position of an outside air inlet port, and decreasing voltage when the damper is changed to the open position of an inside air inlet port in the subject air conditioner capable of switching the introducing of inside and outside air. CONSTITUTION:When an inside/outside air switchover damper 3 opens or closes an outside air inlet port 1 and an inside air inlet port 2, which situation is detected by damper position switches 6a and 6b so as to be inputted into a control unit 7, thereby letting the control unit 7 detect the opening of the inside and outside air inlet ports 1 and 2. And when the control unit 7 detects the opening of the outside air inlet port 1, a signal to increase driving voltage is outputted to a blower driving circuit 5 so as to increase the amount of ventilation. Reversely, when the inside air inlet port 2 is opened, voltage is decreased so as to decrease the amount of ventilation. This constitution enables the improvement of comfort.
