第１図は本考案によるデイスクの一例の斜視図
、第２図は第１図に示すデイスクに用いるチヤツ
キングハブの一例の斜視図、第３図は第２図に示
すチヤツキングハブを形成する円盤状板金の一例
の斜視図、第４図は本考案によるデイスクにおけ
るチヤツキングハブの溶着を説明する拡大断面図
、第５図は従来のデイスクのチヤツキング状態の
断面図、第６図は従来のデイスクにおけるチヤツ
キングハブの溶着状態を示す一部分の拡大断面図
である。 図中、１はデイスク、８は超音波溶着ホーン、
１２はチヤツキングハブ、１６は円盤状板金、１
６ａは低段部、１６ｂは透孔、１７は樹脂リング
、１７ａ１は当接部、１７ｄは溶着突起である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 所要径の円盤状板金と、 上記円盤状板金の外周近傍に形成された低段部
    と、 上記低段部に複数形成された透孔と、 上記透孔を介して上記円盤状板金の外周部の上
    下面に一体的に取付けられ、下面側に形成された
    溶着突起と上面側に超音波溶着ホーンの当接のた
    めの当接部とを有する合成樹脂製リングとからチ
    ヤツキングハブが形成され、 上記チヤツキングハブがデイスク中心部に、上
    記合成樹脂製リングの溶着突起をデイスク面に超
    音波溶着ホーンを用いて溶着することにより固着
    されて成るデイスク。
