エツチング液を用いる。腐蝕に必要な所定時間経過の後
、ガラス表面からエツチング液および転写膜を除去する
ことにより、第5図。

間の接着層15を溶かした後、ベース祇11aをガラス
表面に対応させ転写膜12を含むフィルム16の下側よ
りベース祇11aを面方向にずらせつつ取外し、転写膜
12をガラス表面に密着させる(第9図)。次いで、転
写膜12を含むフィルム16とガラスとの間の水が乾燥
の後、転写膜12からフィルム16を剥離することによ
り、転写膜12は、前記各実施例と同様にガラス表面に
転写貼着してマスキングされ、以後、同様なエツチング
作業が行われる。

にしたから、特に本発明は転写膜をエンチングのマスキ
ング材に利用したため、完全なマスキングが実現し、エ
ツチングを簡単に行い得る。しかも、転写膜は、シート
上に透し文字2図形を印刷表示して行われるため、鮮明
且つ微細な文字1図形の処理が可能となる等、発明目的
を達成した効果を有す。
