  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) カード本体にＩＣモジユールを取り付けて
    成るＩＣカードにおいて、前記ＩＣモジユールの
    ＩＣチツプが装着されるプリント基板をフレキシ
    ブルプリント基板としたことを特徴とするＩＣカ
    ード。 (2) 前記ＩＣモジユールのＩＣチツプは封止樹
    脂により封止され、カード本体、フレキシブルプ
    リント基板、封止樹脂の順に硬くなるように設定
    されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    ＩＣカード。
