図に対応する断面図である。 １０：第一の支持金具（第一の支持体）、１２
：第二の支持金具（第二の支持体）、１５：ゴム
弾性体、２４：ダイヤフラム（隔壁部材）、２８
：仕切部材、３２：受圧室、３４：平衡室、３６
，４２：薄肉部、３８：円筒部、４０：貫通孔（
絞り通路）、４４：平板部、４６：突条、５０：
蓋部材、５２：絞り通路。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 振動入力方向で対向するように配置された
    第一および第二の支持体と；該第一および第二の
    支持体間に介装されて、それらを弾性的に連結す
    るゴム弾性体と；前記第二の支持体に配設されて
    、前記第一の支持体との間に流体収容空間を形成
    する、少なくとも一部が弾性膜で構成された隔壁
    部材と；該流体収容空間内に封入された所定の非
    圧縮性流体と；前記流体収容空間を前記第一の支
    持体側の受圧室と前記隔壁部材側の平衡室とに仕
    切る仕切部材と；該仕切部材に設けられて、該受
    圧室と該平衡室とを相互に連通せしめる絞り通路
    とを備えた流体封入式マウント装置において、 前記絞り通路を備えた仕切部材を、所定の弾性
    率を有する弾性材料にて構成する一方、該仕切部
    材に、前記受圧室と平衡室との流体圧差によつて
    変形可能な薄肉部を設け、該薄肉部の変形に基づ
    いて、該仕切部材の一部が該受圧室と平衡室との
    対向方向に所定量変形乃至は変位し得るようにし
    たことを特徴とする流体封入式マウント装置。 (2) 前記仕切部材を構成する弾性材料が、熱可
    塑性エラストマである実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の流体封入式マウント装置。 (3) 前記仕切部材が、１００重量部のゴムポリ
    マに対して５〜２０重量部の割合で繊維を混入せ
    しめてなるゴムコンパウンドを成型材料として成
    型されたものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の流体封入式マウント装置。 (4) 前記仕切部材を構成する弾性材料が、３０
    〜２００Kgｆ／cm2の範囲の５０％モジユラスを
    有していると共に、１００％以上の引張破断伸び
    率を有している実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃
    至第３項の何れかに記載の流体封入式マウント装
    置。 (5) 前記薄肉部の変形に基づく前記仕切部材の
    前記受圧室と平衡室との対向方向への変形乃至は
    変位量が、１mm以下である実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項乃至第４項の何れかに記載の流体封入式
    マウント装置。
