In the figure, 1 is a disk on which information is recorded, and this disk 1 is rotated by a spindle motor 2. As shown in FIG. An optical pickup 3 is arranged facing the disk 1. The optical pickup 3 is fixed to the slider and includes a light source and an objective lens that narrows down the light beam emitted by the light source and irradiates it onto the recording track of the disk 1. This narrowing down of the objective lens is controlled by a focus servo circuit 4.

When the switch 6 is closed, a tracking servo loop is formed by the tracking servo phase compensation circuit 8, the tracking drive circuit 9, the tracking coil, and the like. Then, in order to draw the minute light beam spot emitted from the optical pickup 3 onto the recording track of the disk 1, the tracker kink coil drive circuit 9 is activated to drive the tracking coil and move the minute light beam spot. When the minute light beam spot moves, the tracking error signal that is the output signal of the tracking error amplifier 1o contains a DC component, and this DC component makes the tracking pull-in operation unstable. In order to improve this, the optical pickup 3 is equipped with a position detector 1.
1 is added. Then, the position error amplifier 12 that receives the detection signal of the position detector 11 outputs a position error signal H that is equal in amplitude to the DC component generated in the track error signal and has the opposite polarity. The amplifier 13 adds the tracking error signal R and the position error signal H to cancel out the DC component to obtain the signal K, so that the tracking servo pull-in operation can be performed stably.

Move the slider that fixed 3,
The optical pickup 3 is caused to track so that the DC component of the tracking error signal is minimized.

あった。Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional tracking servo pull-in circuit described above, since the optical pickup 3 is provided with a position detector, there is a problem that the structure of the optical pickup becomes complicated. In addition, it is necessary to make adjustments to make the amplitude of the position error signal equal to the amplitude of the DC component of the tracking error signal and to reverse the polarity. There was also the problem of complexity.

Although the switch 7 is not provided, the cutoff frequency between the tracking servo pull-in control circuit 6 and the summing amplifier 13 is approximately the rotation frequency of the disk 1. A low-pass filter 21, an inverting amplifier 22 with a gain of OdB, and a switch 23 are connected in series. Low pass filter 21?
;! A track error signal is branched and input from the track error amplifier 1o, and a reduced component signal E is extracted from the input signal and output to the inverting amplifier 22. The inverting amplifier 22 inverts the polarity of the input reduction component signal E to generate a polarity inverted signal F, and outputs this to the summing amplifier 13 via the switch 23 . The switch 23 is turned on and off by the control signal B output from the tracking servo pull-in control circuit 5, and controls supply of the polarity inversion signal F to the summing amplifier 13. In this embodiment, the low-pass filter 21 and the inverting amplifier 22 constitute polarity inverting means.

When the switch 6 is closed, a tracking servo loop is formed by the tracking servo phase compensation circuit 8, the tracking drive circuit 9, the tracking coil, and the like. Then, in order to draw the minute light beam spot emitted by the optical pickup 3 onto the recording track of the disk 1, the tracking coil drive circuit 9 is activated to drive the tracking coil and move the minute light beam spot. When the minute light beam spot moves, the tracking error signal, which is the output signal of the tracking error amplifier 1o, contains a DC component. The tracking error signal containing this DC component is passed through a low-pass filter 21, and a reduced component signal E is extracted from this signal. This reduced component signal E is input to an inverting amplifier 22, and its polarity is inverted by the inverting amplifier 22 to become a polarity inverting signal generator 2. This polarity inversion signal F and the tracking error signal are taken into the summing amplifier 13. The summing amplifier 13 adds these signals, cancels out the DC component, and generates a signal G obtained by removing the DC component from the tracking error signal.
