磁気センサを配設し、該位置検知用磁気センサと
対向するマグネツトロータの周面で且つ上段と下
段の駆動用磁極との間に凹部を形成し、該凹部に
N,Sの磁極を交互に微細間隔で2P極にラジア
ル配向着磁した磁気エンコーダ磁極部を形成し、
上記凹部に位置検知用磁気センサを臨ましてなる
