ル配向着磁したステツピングモータ用駆動磁極を
形成し、該駆動磁極と微小空隙を介してマグネツ
トロータの内外周両面にステツピングモータ用の
ステータ電機子を設け、上記マグネツトロータの
端面にアキシヤル配向の着磁がされたN,Sの磁
極を2P個有する磁気エンコーダ磁極を形成し、
該磁気エンコーダ磁極に空隙を介して磁気エンコ
ーダ用磁気センサを対向配設した、位置検知素子
を備えた軸方向に厚みの薄いPM形ステツピング
