ダ用凹凸部に位置検出用磁気センサを対向配設し
た、位置検知素子を備えたPM形ステツピングモ
ータ。 (2) 上記磁気エンコーダ用凹凸部は、駆動用磁
極と同一の周面であり且つ駆動用磁極と対向しな
い位置に形成してなる、実用新案登録請求の範囲
第(1)項記載の位置検知素子を備えたPM形ステ
ツピングモータ。 (3) 上記磁気エンコーダ用凹凸部は、マグネツ
トロータの周面における端部に形成してなる、実
用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項または第(2)項記載
の位置検知素子を備えたPM形ステツピングモー
タ。 (4) 上記マグネツトロータの周面における端部
であり且つ上記に駆動用磁極と対向しない位置に
形成した磁気エンコーダ用凹凸部は、その面にラ
ジアル配向にN極またはS極のいずれか一方の磁
極を着磁することで、上記凹凸部に実質的にN,
Sの磁極を交互に微細ピツチで形成した磁気エン
