Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）試料が装着される試料移動台を基台上に移動可能
    に載置するに際し、両者間に前記基台に固定されたリテ
    ーナ内に回転可能に置かれた数個の小ボールとこれらの
    小ボールによって支持され、且つ前記試料移動台に接触
    する大ボールとから構成されるボール軸受を少なくとも
    ３個設置したことを特徴とする電子顕微鏡等における試
    料移動装置。
  2. （２）前記ボール軸受の基台への固定に際し、リテーナ
    の上面が夫々光軸方向を向くように傾ｉナで固定したこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電
    子顕微鏡等における試料移動装置。
