クリンク16をアイドラの第二踏面18より離間
させるようにした騒音低減装置は既に公知であ

りボルトを挿入することにより弾性環状体をアイ
ドラに固定し、前記弾性環状体は前記凹溝外にて
前記第一踏面上のほゞ全面に伸びる頭部を含み、
該頭部が第一踏面上に固着されており、前記弾性
環状体の各セグメントの部分に形成される貫通孔
が該セグメント部分に埋設された剛性管状部片に
より形成されており、該弾性環状体の外周面にて
トラツクブツシユを半径外方に押圧することによ
りトラツクリンクをアイドラの第二踏面より離間
せしめるようにしたことを特徴とする。
