平行に伸びる貫通孔を形成し、該貫通孔内にアイ
ドラ一側より取付具を挿入することにより弾性環
状体をアイドラに固定し、該弾性環状体の外周面
にてトラツクブツシユを半径外方に押圧すること
によりトラツクリンクをアイドラの第二踏面より
離間せしめるようにし、前記弾性環状体は前記凹
溝外にて前記第一踏面上のほぼ全面に伸びる本体
部を含み、該本体部は第一踏面上に固着されてお
り、前記弾性環状体の各突条に形成される貫通孔
が該突条内に埋設された剛性管状部片により形成
されていることを特徴とする。
