Detailed Description of the Invention A1. Purpose of the Invention The present invention relates to the improvement of conventional prefabricated buildings applicable to emergency temporary buildings, offices for construction work, warehouses, etc. By connecting parts such as floor panels, wall panels, roof panels, etc. and making them foldable, assembly and removal work can be completed in a minimum of time, and transportation, storage space, labor work, etc. can be thoroughly arranged. This is a folding house developed to simplify and streamline the process.

Conventional technology and problems With conventional technology, even in the case of panel type, there are many disadvantages such as transportation space, load damage, and storage space. It is labor-intensive, and there is a limit to the floor space available for transportation in buildings for transporting completed products, and moreover, it is limited to small buildings, making it difficult to secure space for storage when not needed.

The present invention requires almost no effort to assemble or disassemble, and since the floor, walls, roof, etc. are integrated, there is less damage to the load during transportation. In addition, since the floor and roof can be folded, it can be made into a large size, and it can be stored in a conventional space, and the assembly time is only about 10 minutes compared to the conventional one-build type, making it extremely efficient. It is both practical and economical.

It is sufficient to connect them as shown in the figure). At this time, the strength for forming the floor surface is hardly affected by the diameter of the pipe. In addition,
End hanging fittings α and γ are fixed vertically to both ends of the joists (2).

(Step 3) As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a wall panel (5×5)' is manufactured to a predetermined size by incorporating a commonly used muscle tie. At this time, both the upper and lower ends are made to protrude in a V shape, and as shown below, one of the protrusions is longer than the other, and the left and right sides are reversely symmetrical. In other words, the thickness that is created when another wall panel (6) is folded at a right angle from the bottom end of the wall panel (δ) leaving a space for the joist (2), for example, 10c11 above the bottom. 7cm, for example, on the wall panel (5)
For example, 677j, and the thickness created when folding the thickness of another wall panel (6) and the thickness of two unpaneled panels (3) at right angles to the top tip, for example, 21cI11. , similar to the lower part, is formed by the length of the wall panel (5).

Wall panels <5Y are opposite to other wall panels (5),
The lower part is at the same height as the wall panel (5), leaving a space for the joist (2), for example, 10 cm from the bottom.
At the rising point, at right angles, fold down the thickness of the wall panel (6)' and the thickness of the two roof panels (4), for example, 21 cm, to extend the thickness of the wall panel (5)'. Attach the wall panel (6)' by the thickness of the wall panel (6)', e.g. teeth,
One that incorporates commonly used muscle aluminum is manufactured to a predetermined size.

Hook the crane onto the ridge lifting fitting αD and lift it up and load it onto the vehicle. As shown in Figure 1, this product, which has an extremely small volume and compact form, requires far less space than conventional prefabricated buildings, so it can be loaded with a large amount of space, and since there are only a small number of component types, there is no chance of forgetting to load it. There are none.

20 Effects of the Invention The folding house of the present invention has an extremely simple structure, and can be easily constructed and dismantled in an extremely short time without requiring any skill. It only takes up a small area, and unlike conventional prefabricated buildings, there is no need to forget to load it during transportation, and there are almost no occupational accidents. Furthermore, compared to conventional prefabricated buildings, the manufacturing cost is much lower than that of conventional prefabricated buildings, except for the slightly higher cost of materials and labor required for the hinge structure, and the cost of storage, transportation, and assembly is much lower, and the economic effect is significant. .
