Conventionally, a variety of cases have been used in which the body and the lid are separate, such as paperboard il medium chains, plastic jackets, and resin cages. Paperboard products are made by punching out a paperboard expansion board, forming wires, etc., and then making a box.
Because it is made of paperboard, its dimensions change due to humidity and it tends to curl and warp.

Items with a relatively simple shape and small volume can be three-dimensionally molded by direct injection molding. Also, even in cases where products with a relatively large volume are to be stored, items with a relatively simple shape can be molded with a large draft angle. However, by using an amorphous resin with a long cooling time and small molding shrinkage, three-dimensional molding is possible by direct injection molding (for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-81774). If the case has a complicated shape or if the case surface has uneven shading, etc., it is impossible to cut out the shape, and such a molding method cannot be applied.

On the other hand, cases with separate bodies and lids involve making the bodies and lids separately and assembling them together, resulting in more manufacturing steps and higher costs. There were some inconveniences such as not being able to handle it. Therefore, a case is used in which the body and lid are combined in a microwave oven. However, the hinged case generally has a complicated shape when viewed as an integrated front lid, and it is difficult to three-dimensionally mold the case as a thermoplastic resin case by injection molding or the like.

Furthermore, when injection molding is used, it is possible to make a case with unevenness by using a mold with the desired unevenness, and it is also possible to make a case with a pattern printed in advance using an in-mold decoration method or the like. A patterned film cut into the desired shape is molded using a mold attached to the inner wall, and the heat of the resin melts the film as part of the case, or transfers only the design onto the case surface. By doing so, the injection molded product can be decorated.

Furthermore, silicon compounds such as polydimethylsiloxane, surfactants such as saponin, fatty acid amide lubricants such as oleic acid amide, nyl-N acid amide, stearic acid amide and ethyl acid amide, and zinc stearate are added to the thermoplastic resin. Alternatively, by adding 0.1 to 51 g of various known lubricants such as higher fatty acid metal salts such as sodium stearate, the fluidity, moldability, and mold release properties during molding, as well as the slipperiness after molding, are improved. can do. Furthermore, by adding an antistatic agent to the thermoplastic resin, it is possible to make it difficult for dirt and dust to adhere to the hinged storage case 1, or by adding a foaming agent to the thermoplastic resin, the appearance and texture of the storage case can be changed. It is also possible to selectively improve the performance and reduce the weight.

When manufacturing the thermoplastic resin storage case 1 as shown in FIG. 1 by the method of the present invention, the development plate as shown in FIG. 2 has a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6. It is preferable to do so. The plate thickness t is generally from about 0.3 m to about 3 m, and by making the wire part thinner by 10% or more with respect to the plate thickness t, box manufacturing becomes easier. In the present invention, the product is an injection molded product. The thickness of the plate should be 0.3 to 3 m, preferably 0.5 to 3 m, to ensure cooling efficiency, prevention of warping, sink marks, and twisting, and ensuring strength.
1.5 m, most preferably 0.7 to 1.2 m, and the wire part is thinner than the plate thickness t by at least ios, preferably by at least 50 inches, in order to ensure fluidity of the thermoplastic resin and at the same time to facilitate box manufacturing. is preferable from the viewpoint of ensuring fluidity of the thermoplastic resin, suitability for box making, and securing strength, and at least 0.07 m.

This is a special example of a joint that can be called a molded joint. In general, polypropylene wood hinges are often used and are called PP hinges. Molded products with hinges are made by injection molding, but just the hinge part can also be made by extrusion molding, embossing and cutting. It is preferable that all edges and corners of the hinge part be rounded, and the wall thickness may be approximately the same as the silicon wire, that is, 0.07 mm to 1 mm.
The preferred thickness is 0.15cm to 0.6cm, and the run width at the hinge part is too wide, which will result in poor airtightness, and if it is too narrow, the lid won't close, so be careful about the dimensions.

The hinge needs to be durable because the body and lid are opened and closed repeatedly. For this reason, there is a large difference in durability depending on the suitability of the design. In injection molded products, it is preferable to position the gate directly opposite the hinge because the flow of the raw resin will proceed at right angles to the axis of the hinge and no feld lines will occur.

In cold runners and semi-hot runners, the runner and the molded product are generated together. To prevent this, a heater is inserted into the sprue or runner to prevent the molten resin in this area from solidifying and to keep it in a fluid state at all times.
It is a 2-innerless metal shop that allows only the product to be taken out while leaving a part of the runner in the mold at each shot. It is possible to use an insulated one type runner type and a one type hot runner type (multi-cavity mold).
