本発明によりポリプロピレンケースが製造される過程を
説明すれば次の通りである。押出機1のブレンダー13
でよく混合されてシリンダ11内部に供給されたポリプ
ロピレン原料は溶解された状態でスクリュー12により
ダイ14に移送されてダイで一定の厚さ、及び、幅が決
定されて薄板状に押出された後、このポリプロピレン薄
板Pは冷却部1bの圧着ローラ15を通過する途中に厚
さ調節とエンボシングが成され、冷却ローラ16を通過
する中に冷却されて後処理ローラ17に移動され、該後
処理ローラ17を通過するポリプロピレン薄板Pは厚さ
偏差調節過程とカーリング(CurIing)校正過程を亘って
偏平な状態になってドライラミネータ2の合紙部2Aに
供給される。同時にオーバーラッピングフィルム装着ロ
ーラ25に装着されたオーバーラッピングフィルム(裏
面がグラビア印刷方式で印刷されたものである)は接着
剤塗布部2Bでその印刷面に接着剤が塗布された後、乾
燥部2Cを過ぎる過程で接着剤が乾燥され、このように
接着剤塗布部2Bと乾燥部2Cを通過したオーバーラッ
ピングフィルムFは押出機1で押出されたポリプロピレ
ン薄板と合紙され、合紙部2Aの加熱ローラ21,22
間を通過することになる。オーバーラッピングフィルム
Fとポリプロピレン薄板Pが加熱ローラ21,22を通
過すれば、ポリプロピレン薄板Pの表面にオーバーラッ
ピングフィルムFの印刷面がラミネーションされ、オー
バーラッピングフィルムFがラミネーションされたポリ

面の汚染、及び、毀損が発生しないので、不良率を著し
く減少させることができ、オーバーラッピングフィルム
の印刷作業だけ別途の工程で処理され、その他の全ての
工程が一つのラインに統合されているから製品の生産コ
ストを大きく節減することができる。そして、完製品包
装時に使用されるオーバーラッピングフィルムは印刷し
ない透明なものを使用できるので、従来の如き印刷面ブ
ロッキング現状を防止することができる効果が得られ
る。
