The present invention provides an abrasive-containing colored liquid cleaning composition, and more specifically, an abrasive that does not transfer color to a cleaning aid such as a sponge even when the composition is directly collected onto the cleaning aid. The present invention relates to a colored liquid cleaning composition containing the present invention. Conventionally, compositions containing only surfactants have been used as vegetable and dishwashing detergents, but since these detergents have relatively weak cleaning power against solid oils and baking oils, surfactants have recently been used. Various attempts have been made to incorporate an abrasive into a composition containing . On the other hand, in liquid detergents for kitchen use, clothing, home use, and hair, it is common practice to add a small amount of pigment to these products to give them a beautiful appearance and to enhance the image of the product. By the way, in a cleaning composition containing an abrasive, since the abrasive has a color shielding effect,
To give the same appearance as a non-abrasive composition, 3 to 6
Double the amount of pigment must be added, and when using an abrasive-containing cleaning composition, the composition may be collected directly onto a cleaning aid such as a sponge to achieve its abrasive power. Needs to be washed.
Therefore, when using a colored cleaning composition containing an abrasive, dyeing of cleaning aids such as sponges becomes a problem. In other words, cleaning aids such as sponges and nets are usually made of synthetic fibers, but synthetic fibers generally have the property of adsorbing hydrophobic substances such as organic dyes, and they also have the property of adsorbing hydrophobic substances such as organic dyes. Since the activator acts as a dye accelerator, if the amount of dye added is large, the cleaning aid will be dyed. The inventors of the present invention have conducted extensive research to provide a colored liquid cleaning composition containing an abrasive that solves these problems. In a colored liquid detergent containing
The anionic surfactant is adsorbed to the synthetic fiber, and its electrostatic repulsion prevents the adsorption of the dye, and the anionic surfactant and the dye form mixed micelles, reducing the affinity of the dye to the synthetic fiber.
It was discovered that staining of cleaning aids can be suppressed, and based on this knowledge, the present invention was completed. That is, the present invention comprises (A) 10 to 30% by weight of a surfactant mixture containing 1/3 or more of an anionic surfactant, (B) 3 to 30% by weight of a water-insoluble abrasive, ( C) 0.1 to 10% by weight of at least one thickener selected from water-soluble polymeric substances and clay minerals;
and (D) an abrasive-containing colored liquid cleaning composition characterized by containing 0.001 to 0.05% by weight of an anionic tar dye having at least one SO 3 group in the molecule. In the composition of the present invention, the surfactant mixture used as component (A) includes an anionic surfactant in a weight ratio of 1/3 or more, another anionic surfactant,
Nonionic surfactants, cationic surfactants,
It is a mixture consisting of at least one selected from amphoteric surfactants and zwitterionic surfactants. As this anionic surfactant, common sulfonate-based, sulfate-based, and phosphate-based anionic surfactants are used. Among these anionic surfactants, examples of sulfonate-based anionic surfactants include straight chain or branched alkyl (C 8 - C 23 ) benzenesulfonate, long chain alkyl (C 8 - C 22 ) Examples include sulfonates, long chain olefin ( C8 - C22 ) sulfonates, and the like. Sulfate-based anionic surfactants include, for example, long-chain monoalkyl (C 8 -
C22 ) Sulfate ester salt, polyoxyethylene (1~
6 mol) long chain alkyl ( C8 - C22 ) ether sulfate salt, polyoxyethylene (1-6 mol)
Alkyl (C 8 - C 18 ) phenyl ether sulfate salts are mentioned, and phosphate anionic surfactants include, for example, long-chain monoalkyl, dialkyl or sesqui(each alkyl group has 8 to 22 carbon atoms). ), polyoxyethylene (1 to 6 mol) monoalkyl, dialkyl or sesqui(each alkyl group has 8 to 22 carbon atoms) phosphates, and the like. The cations as counterions of these anionic surfactants are
For example, alkali metal ions such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium, monoethanolamine,
These include alkanolamine ions such as diethanolamine and triethanolamine. Examples of nonionic surfactants include polyoxyethylene (1 to 20 mol) long chain alkyl (primary or secondary C 8 to C 22 ) ether, polyoxyethylene (1 to 20 mol) alkyl (C 8 ~ C18 ) Phenyl ether, oxyalkylene adducts such as polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block copolymer, higher fatty acid alkanolamide or its alkylene oxide adduct, long chain tertiary amine oxide ( C12-14 ), etc. Can be mentioned. Examples of the cationic surfactant include quaternary ammonium salts such as long-chain alkyltrimethylammonium salts, long-chain alkyldimethylbenzylammonium salts, and long-chain alkylpyridinium salts. Examples of amphoteric surfactants include dimethyl long-chain ( C8 - C18 ) alkyl-carboxymethylammonium betaine, di-long-chain ( C8 - C18 ) alkylaminoalkylene carboxylate, 2-alkyl-1-
Examples include carboxymethyl-1-hydroxyethylimidazolinium betaine. This component (A) must contain at least 1/3 of the anionic surfactant by weight; if this amount is small, sufficient staining suppression effect on cleaning aids will not be achieved. . Other surfactants used together with the anionic surfactant may be used alone or in combination of two or more. The blending amount of component (A) is 10 to 30% of the total amount of the composition.
% by weight, preferably in the range 15-25% by weight.
If this amount is less than 10% by weight, the foaming power and cleaning power will be insufficient, and if it exceeds 30% by weight, the laundry will become slimy and the rinsing performance will deteriorate, which is not preferable. Examples of water-insoluble abrasives used as component (B) in the composition of the present invention include quartz, silica, calcite, feldspar, alumina, diatomaceous earth, perlite,
Examples include aluminosilicate, calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, and synthetic resin. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more. In addition, the average particle size is usually 1~
150μ, preferably about 5 to 40μ is used. The content of the abrasive in the composition of the present invention is 3
-30% by weight, preferably 5-15% by weight. If this amount is less than 3% by weight, the polishing power will be insufficient,
On the other hand, if it exceeds 30% by weight, due to its shielding effect,
The amount of dye blended must be increased, and cleaning aids such as sponges are likely to be dyed even if the dye of the present invention is used. The thickener used as component (C) in the composition of the present invention is selected from water-soluble polymeric substances and clay minerals. Examples of water-soluble polymers include carboxycellulose, polyacrylic acid and its salts, polyvinyl alcohol, hydroxyethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, maleic anhydride polymer and its salts, and the like. Examples of clay minerals include montmorillonite, nontronite, hectorite, vermiculite,
Examples include clays whose main components are attapulgite, sepiolite, and mixtures thereof. Each of these thickeners may be used alone or in combination of two or more, and the amount thereof is 0.1 to 10% by weight based on the total amount of the composition, preferably
It ranges from 0.5 to 3% by weight. This amount is 0.1% by weight
If the viscosity is less than
If it exceeds 1.0% by weight, the viscosity becomes too high, making it undesirable for use. The dye used as component (D) in the composition of the present invention is an anionic tar dye having at least one SO 3 group, and as such, when described according to the color index number:
For example, acid dyes such as Acid Dred 27, Acid Dred 52, Acid Dred 105, Acid Dred 106, Acid Yellow 3, Acid Yellow 23, Acid Blue 9, Acid Blue 62, Acid Blue 74, direct dyes such as Direct Red 31, Fud Green 2, Examples include food pigments such as Food Green 3 and Food Yellow 3, and organic pigments such as Pigment Red 49 and Pigment Red 53. In the case of dyes other than these, such as cationic dyes and oil-soluble dyes, they form complexes with anionic surfactants and dye synthetic fibers with their hydrophobic binding force, and carboxyl group-containing anionic dyes In the case of , the carboxyl group reacts with the hardness component of the water and the charge is neutralized, or the carboxyl group has a small dissociation constant and is not easily affected by electrostatic repulsion, so the dyeing prevention effect is not exhibited. The amount of these pigments is based on the total amount of the composition.
It ranges from 0.001 to 0.05% by weight. This amount
If it is less than 0.001% by weight, color development is poor, and if it exceeds 0.05% by weight, cleaning aids such as sponges will be dyed, which is not preferable. The abrasive-containing colored liquid cleaning composition of the present invention includes:
This composition contains a specific pigment in addition to a surfactant, a water-insoluble abrasive, and a thickener, and the pigment does not transfer to cleaning aids such as sponges. Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples. In addition, the degree of coloring of the composition and the dyeability to sponge were evaluated as follows. Coloring degree of the composition Fill a 100ml glass bottle with the composition, visually evaluate the degree of coloring, and score 1 if it is too light, 2 if it is a little thin, 3 if it is good, and 4 if it is too dark. 3 was considered a pass. Dyeing property on sponge Cut white urethane sponge into 2 x 5 cm pieces.
Stir the composition in a 100 ml beaker for 3 minutes and remove. After washing with tap water until the detergent was no longer sticky, the degree of coloring was visually evaluated by comparing it with the original white sponge. The evaluation criteria were as follows: No coloring on the sponge: 〇 Slight coloring: △ Obviously coloring: ×, and 〇 and △ were considered to be acceptable. Further, the structural formulas of the dyes used in Examples and Comparative Examples are shown below. Assisted Dred 27 Assisted Red 52 acid yellow 3 acid yellow 23 Futudo Yellow 3 foot green 3 acid blue 9 Pigment Red 53 Pigment Red 49 Direct Red 31 Assisted Dred 87 Assisted Red 51 basic violet 10 Pigment Red 3 Solvent Red 49 Example An abrasive-containing colored liquid cleaning composition having the composition shown in Table 1 was prepared, and the degree of coloring and stainability of the composition to a sponge were evaluated. The results are shown in Table 1.
