    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 混成集積回路用基板の導出端子の電極端部に凹状の切込
    み溝を設け、該凹部に電極メタライズを施し、該部に外
    部導出端子を接続したことを特徴とする混成集積回路。
