Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は皮膚の美容用又はイＱ鉾料組成物とくに受身作
用及び脂肪、水分の局部蓄積低減作用のある組成物に関
する。
肥満の原因となる結合組織における脂肪、水分の蓄積（
ｃｅｌ１山ｊｔｅ）即ち膨隆とは皮質内に閉じ込められ
た脂肪又は水分の局部貯留により生ずると言われている
。この皮質は基質の要素とくにポリマ物質であるプロテ
オグリカンからなっている。ある人々の脂肪、水分の蓄
積生成の原因となる閉じこめられた脂肪とポリマ物質に
結合された水とを解放するように、プロテオグリカンを
解重合させ得る酵素を基剤とする組成物を局部的に施用
することが推奨された。
前記のポリマ物質はムコポリサッカラィドであり、従っ
てこれらの酵素はムコポリサツカライダーゼとくにヒヤ
ルウロニダーゼ、チオムカーゼ及びＱームカーゼである
。従って、これらの酵素はムコポリサッカラィドの長鎖
を切って鎖を短かくし水分子を解放することを目的とす
る。しかし前記組成物の利用は一方ではこれらの酵素は
可便期間に限界があって処方が微妙になりそれらの活性
がとくに不安定であり他方では皮膚がそれらに耐え難く
激しい刺激を起こすことが多いので克服し難い問題を呈
することが明らかとなった。また環式ＡＭＰの変質速度
を抑えるか又は少なくとも制限するためホスホ・ジェス
テラーゼ抑制剤を用いることも提案された。
実際にホスホジェステラーゼは環式ＡＭＰをＳＡＭＰに
変え脂肪分解の活性化剤の役割を果せないようにする。
従って脂肪分解作用を促進する目的で脂肪細胞のレベル
で環式ムＭＰの割合を高めるようホスホジェステラーゼ
の作用を抑制することが肝要である。
推奨されたホスホジェステラーゼ抑制剤各種のうちとく
にキサンチン塩基類を、またとくにテオフィリン、カフ
ェイン及びテオブロミンをあげることができる。
しかしながらこれらの抑制剤を単独に又は上述の酵素と
組合せて使用して得られた結果は脂肪、水分の蓄積低減
に関してはあまり満足なものではないことが明らかにな
っている。またそのほかに若干の水溶性有機珪素化合物
謎導体を用いることも推奨された。しかし、これらの譲
導体とくにＡＬＧＩＳＩＵＭ の商品名で市販されてい
るモノメチル・トリシラノール・マンニユロソ酸ェステ
ルを基剤とする組成物は脂肪、水分の蓄積の著しい低減
を達成することができなかった。本発明者は今回全く意
外にも、或る硫黄化合物と或るキサンチン誘導体とを組
合せて含有している化粧用（美容用）組成物を用いて脂
肪、水分の箸積用を及ぼし菱身作用を得ることが可能で
あることを確認した。
本発明者の研究は実際に前記の組合せによって受身作用
の面においても脂肪、水分の蓄積の低減の面においても
顕著な結果が得られることを示すことができた。
観察された優れた活性作用は現在の所はっきりした説明
ができていない。
しかしこれらの組成物がチトクローム・オキシダーゼの
活性作用を促進し得ると推進される。換言すれば、これ
らの組成物は細胞呼吸及び酸化新陳代謝を促進するので
あろう。本発明は新規な工業製品として、愛身作用及び
脂肪、水分の蓄積低減作用のある皮膚の美容用組成物で
あって適当なイＱ隆料担体に（ｉ）Ｓ−カルポキシメチ
ルシステイン、Ｓ−力ルボキシメチル・ホモシステイン
、チオランー３，４ージオール、Ｓ−酸化チオランー３
，４ージオール、Ｓ二酸化チオラン−３，４−ジオール
及び２ーベンジルチオェチルアミンのリンゴ酸塩、サリ
チル酸塩、ニコチン酸塩、酒石酸塩又は５−アミノー３
−チアヘキサンジオン酸塩よりなる群から選んだチオェ
−テル０．１〜１．５重量％及び（ｉｉ）カフェイン（
１，３，７ートリメチルーキサンチン）テオフイリン（
１，３−ジメチルーキサンチン）、３ーブチルー１ーメ
チルーキサンチン、３ーイソブチル−１ーメチル−キサ
ンチン、１，３，７−トリエチルーキサンチン及び３ー
ェチル−１−ベンチルキサンチンよりなる群から選んだ
キサンチン誘導体０．１〜２重量％を含有してなること
を特徴とする度身作用及び脂肪、水分の局部蓄積低減作
用のある皮膚美容用組成物に関する。
このように規定した本発明の組成物に使用し得るチオェ
ーテル化合物のうちとくに本出願人の出願に係る仏国特
許第１４７２０２１号、第１５０５８７４号、特許出願
第６９０４１８７号及び第７２１６９４８号明細書に記
載のものをあげることができる。
一般的にはチオェーテル化合物譲導体は組成物中に組成
物全軍量に対して０．１ないし５重量％、好ましくは０
．２なし、し１．５重量％の濃度で存在している。
一般的には前記のキサンチン誘導体は組成物中に組成物
全重量に対して０．１なし、し２重量％、好ましくは０
．５ないし１重量％の濃度で存在している。
本発明の組成物は種々の形状とすることができとくに水
溶液又はアルコール（エタノール又はィソプロパノール
）分が２０％未満のアルコール含有水溶液の形で或いは
また乳液、クリーム、ゲル又は場合によってはェーロゾ
ル発泡体の形で存在していることができる。
本発明の組成物の諸成分はそれら自体で明かに知覚でき
る優れた結果に導くのに十分であるが、またこの組成物
に度身作用又は脂肪、水分の蓄積の低減作用の改善又は
促進のため各種の追加物質を導入することもできる。
こられの追加物質のうちとくに１）モノメチルートリシ
ラノールから譲導された水溶液有機化合物たとえばモノ
メチルトリシラノールのマンニュロン酸ェステルでＥＸ
ＹＭＯＬ社から“Ｎｇｉｓｉｕｍ”の名称で市販されて
いるの（モノメチルトリシラノールマンニュロン酸ェス
テル１％を含む水溶液）又は乳酸塩でＥＸＹＭＯＬ社か
ら“Ｌａｓｉｌｉｍｍ”の名称で市販のもの（モノメチ
ル・トリシラ／−ル・乳酸ェステル１％を含む水溶液）
をあげることができる。
本発明によるとこれらの化合物に組成物中に０．０１な
Ｌ・し０．９５％好ましくは０．１ないし０．６重量％
（活性物質として）の濃度で存在しているのが好ましい
。
また追加物質として２）ムコポリサツカライダーゼ型の
酵素とくにチオムカーゼ、ヒャルウロニダーゼ又はＱ−
ムカーゼをあげることができる。
本発明による好ましい形態においてはとくに商品名“Ｈ
ＹＡＬＡＳＥ”で知られたヒヤルウロニダーゼが用いら
れる。この化合物は牡牛糟巣エキスを凍結乾燥したもの
で濃クリーム黄色無定形粉末の形をしており、水中溶解
度は５夕／その程度である。
本発明の組成物中ムコポリサツカライダーゼ型酵素は組
成物が５なし、し５０００町ＲＵ単位（濁度低減単位）
含有するのに十分な量で存在しているのが好ましい。
また追加物質として３）天然のエキスたとえばＣｅｎｔ
ｅｌｌａａｓｉａｔｉｃａエキスをあげることができる
。
この実施形式によると、エキス濃度は組成物全重量に対
して０．０１ないし０．１重量％であるのが好ましい。
もちろん本発明の組成物はその他の成分とくに防腐剤、
香料、着色料なども含むことができる。
本発明はまた脂肪、水分の局部蓄積を除去するための皮
膚処理法であって処理すべき身体部位に十分な童の本発
明の美容用組成物をマッサージしながら施用することか
ら皮膚処理法にも関する。このマッサージによる処理法
は美容用組成物が乳液、クリーム、ゲル又はェーロゾル
発泡体の形をしているときに応用される。一般的には処
理期間は変化しうるが毎日１回の施用率で２ないし８週
間の間実施すると全く満足な結果が得られる。
本発明は、また溶液の形をしている本発明の組成物を用
いる方法、とくに脂肪、水分の蓄積の処理法であって処
理すべき身体にいわゆる皮膚透過函気泳動法すなわちイ
オン化法ともイオン鯵透法とも呼ばれる技術を施こすこ
とからなるものにも関する。
これについては、この処理技術が微弱な電流によってイ
オン化し得る物質を、皮膚及び真皮表面組織を通って処
理すべき皮下結締織域への鯵透を達成するため移動させ
ることからなることが思い出される。
この処理の実施にはさまざまた型式の装置がとくに“Ｐ
ｒのｉｏでなる名称の装置が利用できる。
この方法によると電極はセルロース綿層で被覆されてお
り、本発明の組成物を浸ませた処理電極を処理すべき身
体部位にあてがい対向電極は別の身体部位にあてる。イ
オン化すべき物質が電気的に負（マイナス）であるとき
は本発明の物質を送る処理電極は装置の陰極に接続する
。
特定の実施形式によると両電極に本発明の物質を浸ませ
て処理中の電極の分岐を反転することができる。
本方法のこの実施形式はイオン化すべき物質が同時に電
気的に負（マイナス）及び正（プラス）であるときにと
くに有効である。
一般的にはイオン化持続時間は１０ないし３０分の程度
、より一般的には２０分の程度である。
電流の強さは処理すべき人の皮膚反応に応じて４なし・
し６ミリアンベアと変化することができる。好ましくは
この処理は毎週３回イオン化の割合で実施しその期間は
４ないし８週間とする。
以下に本発明による組成物を実施例により説明するが、
本発明は何らこれらの実施例に限定されるものではない
。実施例 １ 本発明により下記成分を混合して脂肪、水分の局部蓄積
低減溶液を調製する：力フエイン １夕 Ｓ−力ルボキシメチルーシステイン １タトリェタノー
ルアミン 解０５にするに必要な量ｐーヒドロキシ安息
香酸メチル ０．３タ水全体を１００夕とするに
必要な童この水溶液を皮膚透過電気泳動法により毎週３
回の割合で４ないし６週間施用すると、腰部及び藤部の
脂肪、水分の蓄積の低減に優れた結果を得ることができ
る。
即ち本発明の組成物が度身作用及び脂肪、水分の蓄積低
減作用を有することを証明するために、次の実験を実施
した。
腰部に脂肪、水分の蓄積（ｃｅｌｌ側ｔｉｓ）がある女
性１２名を一群とする。
実験の開始前に各女性の腰まわりを測定するしかる後に
実施例１の前記溶液を言わゆる皮膚透過電気漆動法によ
り各女性に施用する。
この方法によると処理装置「Ｐｒｏｄｉｏｎ」の電極（
木綿で被覆した）両方を前記溶液で浸潰させ腰部の左側
及び右側にあてがう。
イオン化時間は約５ミリアンベアの電流強度で約１５分
である。
この処理は６週間の期間毎週３回のイオン化操作の割合
で前罰賭羊の各女性について実施する。最後のイオン化
操作後に、腰まわりを再び測定して腰部の脂肪、水分の
蓄積に対する処理の効果を評価する。
得られた結果は次の通りである。
１人の女性は腰まりが１．６加減少した。
３人の女性は２〜３加減少した。
４人の女性は３〜４加減少した。
４人の女性は４〜７加減少した。
実施例 ２ 本発明により下記成分を混合して脂肪、水分の局部蓄積
低減溶液を調製する。
テオフイリン ０．５タＳ
ーカルボキシメチルシステイン １タ水酸化カリウ
ム ＰＨ６．５にするに必要な重ｐ−ヒドロキシ安息香
酸プロピル ０．３汐水全体を１００９とするに必
要な量この溶液を皮膚透過電気泳鰯法により施用すると
、毎週３回の割合で４なし、し５週間の処理后優れた脂
肪、水分の蓄積低減作用を得ることができる。
即ち実施例２の前記溶液を用いて実施例１と同じ処理法
を８名の女性よりなる一群に応用する。
結果は次の如くである。１人の女性は膝まわりが１伽減
少した。
１人の女性は２〜３の減少した。
５人の女性は３〜４伽減少した。
１人の女性は４．取れ減少した。
実施例 ３ 本発明により下記成分を混合して脂肪、水分の蓄積低減

シ安息香酸プロピル ０．１タ水全体を１００９とす
るに必要な量この実施例においてはりんご酸−２−ペン
ジルチオ・エチルアン・モニウムは同量の２−ペンジル
チオーェチルアミンのサリチル酸塩、ニコチン酸塩又は
酒石酸塩で有利に代替できる。
実施例３の前記溶液を用いて実施例１と同じ処理法を１
０名の女性よりなる一群に応用する。
結果は次の如くである。３人の女性は腰まわりが１〜２
加減少した。
２人の女性は２〜３加減少した。
４人の女性は３〜４の減少した。
１人の女性は６．８伽減少した。
実施例 ４ 以下の成分を混合して脂肪、水分の蓄積低減溶液を調製
する：力フエイン ０．８
夕Ｓ−二酸化ーチオランー３，４−ジオール
〇．８夕ｐーヒドロキ
シ安息香酸プロピル ０．３夕日ＹＡＬＡＳＥＩＯＯ
Ｏ皿ＲＵ単位マンニュロン酸モノメチルートリシラノー
ル（１％水溶液）全体を１００９とするに必要な量実施
例４の前記溶液を用いて実施例１と同じ処理法を１２名
の女性よりなる−群に応用する。
結果は次の如くである。２人の女性は腰まわりが１〜２
加減少した。
２人の女性は２〜４加減少した。
６人の女性は４〜６加減少した。
２人の女性は６〜７伽減少した。
実施例 ５ 以下の成分を混合して脂肪、水分の蓄積低減溶液を調製
する：力フユイン １夕 Ｓーカルボキシメチルシステイン １タＣｅｎｔｅｌ
ｌａａｓｉａｔｉｃａ エキス ０．
１タプロピレン・グリコール １０タエタノ
ール １０夕トリェタノールアミ
ン ＰＨ６．５にするに必要な量アラントイン
０．１タｐ−ヒドロキシ安息香酸メ
チル ０．２タｐーヒドロキシ安息香酸プロピル
０．１タ水全体を１００夕とするに必要な量実施例
５の前記溶液を用いて実施例１と同じ処理法を５名の女
性よりなる一群に応用する。
結果は次の如くである。１人の女性は腰まわりが１狐以
下だけ減少した。
１人の女性は２．熱加減少した。
２人の女性は３〜４加減少した。
１人の女性は５４加減少した。
実施例 ６ 以下の成分を混合して脂肪、水分の蓄積低減溶液を調製
する：力フエイン １夕 ２ーベンジルチオエチルアミンの５ ーアミノ３一チアーヘキサンジオン 酸塩 １．５夕ｐ−
ヒドロキシ安息香酸プロピル ０．３タ乳酸モノメチ
ルトリシラノール（１％水溶液） 全体を１００夕とするに必要な量 １３又は４週間毎週４回の皮膚透過電気隊動法による処
理により、これらの溶液を用いて腿部・腰部及び膝の脂
肪、水分の蓄積低減に優れた結果が確認されている。
即ち実施例６の前記溶液を用いて実施例１と同じ処理法
を８名の女性よりなる一群に応用する。
得られた結果は次の如くである。２人の女性は腰まわり
が２〜３加減少した。
１人の女性は３．嵐加減少した。
３人の女性は４〜５加減少した。
１人の女性は５．２加減少した １人の女性は７．１加減少した。
実施例 ７ 本発明により下記成分を混合して湊身クリームを調製す
る：３回圧搾のステアリン酸 ３タミリス
チン酸ィソプロピル ５タセチルアルコール
３タモノステアリン酸グリセロール
３タモノオレイン酸ソルビタンポリ オキシエチレン ３夕 ワセリン油 ５夕モノブロピレ
ングリコール ４タソルピトール
３夕ｐーヒドロキシ安息香酸メチル
０．３タＳ−力ルボキシメチルシステイン
１夕３−イソブチルー１ーメチルーキサンチン
ータ トリェタノールアミン 斑６．５にするに必要な量香
料 ０．３夕脱塩滅菌
水全体を１００夕とするに必要な童腰部及び腿部に毎日
規則正しくこのクリームを使用してマッサージすると４
ないし５週間の処理后に脂肪、水分の蓄積減少を達成す
ることができる。
この例においては３ーイソプチルー１ーメチル・キサン
チンの代りに同量の３ーブチル−１ーメチルーキサンチ
ン、３ーエチルー１一ベンチルーキサンチン及び１，３
，７ートリェチルーキサンチンなどの化合物を有利に用
い得る。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 適当な化粧料担体に（i）Ｓ−カルボキシメチルシ
    ステイン、Ｓ−カルボキシメチル・ホモシステイン、チ
    オラン−３，４−ジオール、Ｓ−酸化チオラン−３，４
    −ジオール、Ｓ二酸化チオラン−３，４−ジオール及び
    ２−ベンジルチオエチルアミンのリンゴ酸塩、サリチル
    酸塩、ニコチン酸塩、酒石酸塩又は５−アミノ−３−チ
    アヘキサンジオン酸塩よりなる群から選んだチオエーテ
    ル０．１〜１．５重量％及び（ii）カフエイン（１，３
    ，７−トリメチル−キサンチン）、テオフイリン（１，
    ３−ジメチル−キサンチン）、３−ブチル−１−メチル
    −キサンチン、３−イソブチル−１−メチル−キサンチ
    ン、１，３，７−トリエチル−キサンチン及び３−エチ
    ル−１−ペンチルキサンチンよりなる群から選んだキサ
    ンチン誘導体０．１〜２重量％を含有してなることを特
    徴とする痩身作用及び脂肪、水分の局部蓄積低減作用の
    ある皮膚美容用組成物。 ２ モノメチルトリシラノールのマンニユロン酸エステ
    ル又は乳酸エステルをも組成物全重量に対して０．０１
    ないし０．９５重量％好ましくは．１ないし０．６重量
    ％の濃度で含んでいる特許請求の範囲第１項記載の組成
    物。 ３ チオムカーゼ、ヒアルウロニダーゼ又はα−ムカー
    ゼであるポリサツカライド型の酵素をも５ないし５００
    ００ＴＲＵ単位を与えるのに十分な量で含んでいる特許
    請求の範囲第１項記載の組成物。 ４ Ｃｅｎｔｅｌｌａ ａｓｉａｔｉｃａエキスをも組
    成物全重量に対して０．０１ないし０．１重量％の濃度
    で含んでいる特許請求の範囲第１項記載の組成物。 ５ 水溶液、含水アルコール溶液、クリーム、ゲル、乳
    酸又はエーロゾル発泡液の形としてある特許請求の範囲
    第１項ないし第４項のうちの何れかに記載の組成物。 ６ 防腐剤・香料又は着色料である慣用の各種成分をそ
    の他に含んでいる特許請求の範囲第１項ないし第５項の
    うちの何れかに記載の組成物。
