(Prior art) A solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cell elements, these solar cell elements are connected in series, etc., and each solar cell element receives sunlight and generates a current at its PN junction.
It acts as a solar energy converter. Conventional solar cell modules are generally formed into a flat plate shape, and are mainly made of round solar cell elements with a diameter of about 10 cm or one side of 10 cm.
A plurality of rectangular solar cell elements each having an approximately square shape of about 100 yen (200 cm) were adhered to a flat glass plate.

However, in recent years, curved solar cell modules have become necessary, and it has become necessary to attach the above-mentioned round or square solar cell elements to curved glass. Such a solar cell module having a curved surface shape is required for effective use of space or improvement in design, for example, by being attached to a dome of a building or the like. However, when attempting to manufacture such a solar cell module by applying a conventional manufacturing method to vacuum heat bonding the solar cell elements, cracks occur in the elements.
This causes a problem of poor yield.

FIG. 3, FIG. 4, and FIG. 5 are drawings for explaining the manufacturing method according to the present invention. The method for manufacturing a solar cell module according to the present invention is a vacuum bag method. First, the processed product (8) of the solar cell module according to the present invention is placed in a bag (?) through the opening of a rubber bag (7) having an opening.
Set inside. The processed product (8) has a cover glass (4) as the bottom layer as shown in FIG. 5, and an interlayer film (

After the workpiece (8) thus provided is set in the bag (7), the opening of the bag (7) is closed and the periphery of the bag (7) is sealed. This bag (7
) is attached in advance with a vacuum suction pipe (9) at one location, and the outer end of this vacuum suction pipe (9) is connected to a suction port of a vacuum pump (not shown). On the other hand, inside the bag (7), as shown in Figure 4, a pipe (
10), this pipe (10) forms a large number of air vent holes (10a) over its entire length, and one end (10b) of the pipe (10) is connected to the inner end of the vacuum suction pipe (9). are doing.

When the vacuum pump is operated in such a state, the air inside the paralug (7) is exhausted to the outside, and the bag (7) contracts, causing the interlayer films (5a), (5b) and plastic film (6) to become cover glass. (4) will be crimped. In this state, the bag (7) is placed in a heating furnace and when heat is applied, the interlayer films (5a) and (5b) soften,
While holding the solar cell element (1), the cover glass (4), the solar cell element (1), and the plastic film (6) are integrated to form a solar cell module.

In addition, in the conventional vacuum heating method for both chambers, the lower chamber is formed as a mold that matches the curvature of the curved glass.
Vacuum the upper and lower chambers at the same time, and then apply 60℃ to the intermediate film.
A solar cell module may be formed by applying heat of about 0.degree. C. and pressing the processed product. This method is most suitable for those using interlayer films without embossing.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, since the solar cell module is first formed into a curved shape,
It can be attached to a dome-shaped building, making effective use of space, and the unique shape allows for design improvements. In addition, by using curved glass as the cover glass and attaching multiple flat solar cell elements in the form of strips while adjusting the thickness of the interlayer film, we achieved ease of manufacturing while preventing element cracking. The product yield is also good. Further, the vacuum bag manufacturing method has advantages such as simple equipment, and since it is a bag, it is not limited by curvature or the like and can be applied to solar cell modules of various shapes.
