Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove chip completely from the entire surface of work by immersing a work upside down together with a pallet into the cleaning liquid then applying physical energy onto the work through a supersonic transmitter or an agitator arranged in a cleaning liquid tank. CONSTITUTION:A work 1 is fixed to a pallet 2 which is set on a rotary table 3 and inverted while at the sametime the cleaning liquid 7 is increased through a pump 8 up to the work 1 then supersonic wave is applied from a supersonic wave transmitter 6 onto the work 1 to remove the adhered dust. Thereafter, the work 1 is set on the rotary table 3 together with the pallet 2 and immersed into the cleaning liquid to collect the dust entirely into the cleaning liquid 7 and discharge through a conveyor. Consequently, the chip can be removed and collected completely without sacrifice of the working environment.

完全な除去ができる。
