    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体発光素子と該半導体発光素子からの光の一部を受
    光して上記半導体発光素子の出力を制御するための受光
    素子を有する半導体発光装置において、上記受光素子は
    低抵抗層と高抵抗層の２層″からなる半導体部材の一部
    に形成され、また上記半導体発光素子は上記半導体部材
    の上記低抵抗層上に配されていることを特徴とする半導
    体発光装置。
